This is awesome! It warms and/or vibrates. Great for period cramps or soreness or anything! The only downsides are that it has a super short battery life in between charges and that is frustrating. It also cannot be used while charging so thats annoying too but other than that, its great!

It gets warm pretty fast and comes with level of temperature. However the battery doesn’t last long. Would have to recharge after an hour or so of use.

Really works great just wish it didn’t automatically turn itself off after a certain amount of time
