I was concerned the corn would be hard like parched corn but the corn kernels are slightly crispy and sweet. I'm excited to try them in a variety of summer salads.

This corn taste so great as a snack or in my cup a soup. My granddaughter love it.

As expected, it is corn that has been freeze dried. It comes in a nice looking screw top plastic container, which is foil sealed and the corn itself is in a plastic bag inside that. It's small pieces of corn, and I had a good bit of powder from breakage in my container which means some has been wasted. It tastes exactly like plain corn except it's crunchy and airy. The price is pretty high at $15 for 7 oz of corn. I'm honestly not sure what regular people do with freeze dried corn but my husband actually really enjoys corn as a snack and I know he's going to just love being able to actually snack on corn.

Good crunch, fresh taste, but too much loss, the whole kernels are significantly less in volume due to the powder they form when they are broken down. Will not buy again from this vendor.
