It works!
Using this for a 2011 Hyundai Elantra to connect an older ipod nano and it works perfectly so far.

Not an OEM replacement
Purchased this as a replacement for the OEM connector I had. It lasted about 8 months before it started to become loose fitting. I initially thought it was my iPod, but then the unit actually started coming apart. Within a couple months, it had fallen apart.This was very strange because I didn't really connect or disconnect it that much. I had for my three vehicles, so there wasn't that much interchanging going on. I cannot recommend this product. I'll be looking for something more sturdy. This was really upsetting after almost spending $50.00.
