I was hesitant about this product but did some research. There were no reviews for this product but I did find some videos on YouTube. Found other models that did the job well but with less power. I decide to go with KWS because of the brand. I’ve used other KWS products and love the quality. This slicer is high-quality and well-built; nice and heavy.I used it for the first time the other day and work will be well. Knives are SHARP!!! Beware, it will cut you. Be CAREFUL.Depending on how many times you throw your meat through the chute, you can almost make ground meat like a grinder. I have the 3 mm version and it makes great slices for stirfry.The only downside is that the mice are really really really hard to clean. Knocking one star for that. Otherwise, this is a great slicer.
