This cream is the best nappy rash cream I have come across. With no nasty chemicals in, my baby’s skin had completely cleared up in a day when using this cream.

I bought this having seen it recommended on a well known mum's choice article by a mum, thinking there was a good following for this.My little one had a little bit of nappy rash, a eczema rash on her foot and a little cut. Thought this would be fab as it's supposed to be good for all of that. Well it didn't do anything at all for any one of them.It smells lovely, very thick though so rubbing it in is a bit difficult if u think it's for the above reasons, it not so nice. The ingredients have quite a lot of oils but not ones that are really well knows or good at working to help soothe or heal in the world of natural oils.I still use it just as a nice smell for my baby area like elbows and knees so keep it soft. And as for the rashes. I made my own buying different essential oils and mango butter and it's done a fantastic job of clearing the nappy rash in less than 24hrs and as for the eczema not red anymore.Would I recommend this? No. I don't think the ingredients have sufficient amounts of the oils to properly work.

Used for my baby’s red, sore bum. Worked well and healed quickly. Great that this cream can work on broken skin unlike many others.

Great for nappy rash, lovely and soothing. Doesn’t require to much product. Think and spreads well. Would buy over and over

The smell and consistency is nice. It didn’t clear up my daughters nappy rash, but is a good barrier.

Use this ointment on my 2 children. Excellent results. Brilliant all rounder also use on cuts and grazes. ☆☆☆☆☆
