I cancelled & returned product. I heard from friends that is is a thorough & reliable item. Not for me at this time. Will reconsider when my current equipment needs replacement.

Steam cleaner
Just got this and husband had to use it. It cleaned the wood floors great the dirt ground in is gone. He is amazed how well it works. Use on med. steam and did the job well . He will be telling everyone about how well it works.

Great steamer, flimsy, flimsy product, the handle
I purchased this because I already had a steamer because I thought it would do what the other one couldn’t do. Actually the other one is better. I wouldn’t purchase this again. The product could be better. The handle is so flimsy it doesn’t make any sense when you pay that kind of money should be a little bit thicker and sturdier and Not made from cheaper aluminum that moves when you trying to move the brush or the steamer it doesn’t make any sense. It’s not I wouldn’t buy it again. The steam is great though the pads on it they need better pads and pads that can get down into the grout my other steamer. Do a better job.

I never go to the floors, I wanted it for my counters n shower.
It takes for ever to use if u have a large area to clean! I got it mostly to clean the shower, but u can’t point the steamer upward ! Y they didn’t run 2 hoses inside the water take , I’ll never kno.. but soon as u go above straight holding the wand, it starts to spit.. I even brought the extension wand hoping that help, but no.. just have to point the steamer downward for best results! Like it working .. just not for me. Ty .
