Plush maybe, but is soft
The gray matches my new paint job in my bathroom perfectly (blueish-gray). The fibers are long, but not sure I'd call it "plush" because when walked on, the fibers compress down to the rubber mat. I can feel a roughness through the fibers where they attach to the rubber mat. There is no cushion between the rubber mat and the fibers. I was hoping for more cushion, but this will do.

Best one I've owned.
So nice! It's great quality, even after getting washed and dried several times. Very fluffy and soft. My chubby cat Alway curls up on it and it won't slide on the hardwood floors.

Doesn't stick
Get water safe rug tape and deal with the raised portions of the rug and this is alright.
