This mouthpiece really does stop snoring but more importantly, you do feel better rested. I have gotten 2 years out of this mouthpiece. Good quality and design.

I snore. I’m not delighted with the fact that I snore. My husband hates the fact that I snore. I have not ever been successful totally in preventing snoring and I have been trying all sorts of products that have the opportunity to help me stop snoring. Nothing is fool proof. I have tried multiple products over the past couple of years – so far mouthguards seem to be my best option. While they have not been able to totally make me stop snoring – at least, according to my husband, it’s the most helpful thing so far. And it’s not near as horrible as things that zap you in the middle of the night while you’re sound asleep if you’re snoring. And in case you’re wondering – no I don’t have sleep apnea. There are those of us in the world that just snore. I have pretty much grinded my way through the appliances for my mouth that I’ve been using for the last year. So I thought I would try vital sleep. This is a truly well-made product. The directions that come with it are unbelievably terrific – clear, readable, specific and concise. One of the best things is there’s a 60 day moneyback guarantee if you can’t make the product work for you. Now flat out - this company tells you that the product may not be for everybody – and it outlines certain situations where it might not work. When have you ever heard a company say that? Imust be made funny.- because no matter what I tried, I could never make it comfortable. I contacted their customer service to find out to see what I might’ve been doing incorrectly or if there’s a way to make it more comfortable. A person named David returned my message and gave me clear and specific ideas and directions on how to improve things. Since I really wanted this to work – I tried everything he suggested.. There were improvements to be sure. But I could never get to the point where I could sleep with it all night and not have any discomfort or pain or not have it fall out of my mouth. And it is quite likely, but I have a problem with my jaw that perhaps I was never diagnosed with after a car accident. After many weeks of trying it, I contacted their customer service again, explained the situation and they helped in every way they knew how. I was disappointed that I could not make it work because I really wanted to. I’m desperate for something that allows my husband to sleep through the night next to me. But David and the vital sleep company did as they promised to do – refunded my purchase price. They even sent me a link to a guide for snoring tips – things to do to make one’s life easier and keep from snoring. Things I never heard about before. Is there better Customer Service than that??? I really don’t think so. Thank you vital sleep for giving me the opportunity to try your product. It truly is well-made, thoughtfully made – and I’m sure by someone who’s a snorer because every effort at comfort was made in that product. The product was not a good fit for me . – Having the ability to mold and shape The Appliance to one’s own mouth strikes me as seriously wonderful. If you’re looking for the sleep aide “unicorn” keep looking. This product is far better than any of the other apnea mouth guards I’ve tried, and yes I use it, but resign yourself to the fact that it is a matter of finding the one that least sucks, and I think this is the one. After a couple of nights of not sleeping I will try anything, and this little product was easy to set up, easy to use, and worked. It has to be adjusted properly in order for it to work, obviously. I slept two nights in a row with a solid 8 hours each before I was able to break out of my sleep apnea cycle (I have cycles, my apnea is not consistent).

Product works until it breaks. The adjustment screw on mouth piece broker after a week the last time I ordered this item. Previously it lasted about 3 months. Update: same issue. The adjustment screw broke again after less than 2 weeks of use.

This product does work. Five stars for function. My snoring was zero when I wore it. It was easy to customize and seems durable. It has openings in the front for better breathing. It is easy to clean. 2 stars for comfort. It was very, VERY bulky. I am an average sized female and it was uncomfortable. My teeth and jaw hurt after use. I mean really hurt. Like having a retainer pushing all your teeth around. I dont think someone with implants or any dental issues could or should use this device. Check with your dentist before using long term if you experience any pain. I will only use this until I find an alternative - and then not every night. I will alternate with tape.

Throughout the years I have struggled with snoring and it’s been a problem for family and friends for a long time, I was looking for a solution and said, hey” let me give it a whirl, I had heard about this product some time ago and decided to purchase it. It took a couple of nights to get used to it but to be honest I feel more energy bc I’m getting more air Flo and my snoring has decreased substantially. I would give it a whirl if you have been struggling with snoring for a while.

What a scam. It held in my mouth for 3 nights, then my jaw slipped out. It didn't work. NOW THEY WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY AS PROMISED.

I have tried a few other mouthpieces. This one has given me a snore free night for 3 consecutive nights so I guess it is working. The mouthpiece is very professionally made. It is one size fits all which means that the boil and bite method is a bit tricky. I adjusted the lower mouthpiece by 1mm and no more snoring. I am an occasional stomach sleeper. Beware the mouthpiece might fall out in this position. I just think that it will take time to get used too. It absolutely does the job. I hope that I will never have to use a Cpac machine now. I monitor my sleep on my Apple Watch so I have seen a massive change. I will buy this again.

This is extremely big didn’t work I need to change it . Hopefully someone can help

The item does not prevent the tongue from falling back, which causes snoring. Other work better. Complete unnecessary purchase. Looking to return it.

So for me these type of devices work. This is a good quality one for someone with a small jaw. Was just a bit too small for me, but it is definitely good quality I really appreciate their return policy and if you have a smaller jaw this would definitely suit you
