I went years suffering minor leakage problems. Not very much but enough to cause embarrassing dampness in my pants. Didn’t smell very nice either. I struggle with shields that would slip around or the absorbent underwear available that is in reality a diaper.This underwear is thick; fits nicely and absorbs moisture well. I place a small shield in the front pouch built into the underwear. A little expensive product but works well for me!

My husband thought they were comfortable. Comfort is the name of the game no matter what the situation is. They came in quickly which is always good also.

The best thing I like about this underwear is that is looks like normal underwear. It's not extremely padded and it does not make me feel like I'm wearing adult diapers. The boxer briefs are very comfortable too. I don't have spontaneous leaks but sometimes I think I'm done doing my number 1 and close up and then a bit more comes out. I hate when I have a wet stain thereafter. Now when that happens I no longer have to worry about it. It's little more pricey than other incontinence underwear.

This is my first safety undershorts. I found them to feel a little bulky in the crotch at first, but became use to it after a short time. The only draw back I could see is in the hot summer they could become a bit uncomfortable. the other eight months no problem.
