I used this thick, rubberised tape for a pond liner repair in my small back garden goldfish pond, and so far it seems to have been very effective. It does work best when applied to clean, dry surfaces (and most of the weak seam I was repairing was above water level due to the leak, so the tape was applied as directed). The adhesive is strong and even the edges have stayed in place. However, I also applied a length underwater to strengthen the seam below the damage, and even this seems to have adhered well. Given the position of the damage and the pond being half empty, I was also able to tape the back of the liner as well as the front, sandwiching the original material, which I hope will help make the repair even more stable. This saved me the much bigger job of completely emptying the pond and rehoming the fish until a dry repair was done - so thanks and well done to Tiger Tape!

While lining the pond I used two rolls of this tape to neatly hold back the folds prior to filling the pond. It seemed very tacky and up to the job. This was in November 2025, and already I can see nearly all the taped joints peeling off, leaving rather sharp edges as it bows away from the pond walls. I've got to drain the pond if when I am able to remove this mess which is a horrendous job. Definitely would never recommend.

I had a leak in my pond waterfall connection and nothing seemed to work. I tried just the clamp, gorilla tape, and basic mastic - none really worked. This tape is easy to use and worked the best. I still have a slight leak but I can live with it.
