Q: How often do I wash this to avoid mold?

Not sure about the mold. I just got mine lately and so far it has no mold. I use it on my counter under my dish drainer. Wash every 2 weeks, but color will fade. I have an extra one I might return.

Q: Does this start to smell after it is used a few times?

I have had the mat since 1-29-18, have not washed it as yet and do not notice any smell.

Q: I didn’t receive my order yet what should I do now ?
