Just what Dr ordered

Have been drinking a glass of prune juice every night (or eating prunes when traveling). Great results every morning. These fiber capsules are good...eventually...not as effective as prune juice but no sugar and calories. Will continue.

This is an excellent product. I ordered it for my son who has cancer. He ran out of it for a couple of days and found that he really cannot get along without it.

I've been using this product for one week. I was reluctant to use capsukes, but I didnt like the carbs/calories in the popular powdered version that my hubs uses. The first few days I had some intestinal discomfort and alot of "going". But now it seems things are full and regular again. My entire process changed about 1 year ago. Went from full and regular to sporadic and uncomfortable. Fingers crossed that this continues to have the same results I'm experiencing now.

I’ve been taking this for a couple weeks now and just came across a mystery pill. The larger tan ones are the regular fiber ones and then there’s a smaller more orangey tan capsule that I have no idea what it is. Not what I would hope for with supplements and quality control. I’m hoping the company can read this and give me some insight.Other than that, the fiber dose has a mild effect for me. I mostly want it to keep my bowels more consistent (ensure a morning BM) but if you have significant constipation it might not be enough? I might try upping my serving and see what happens. So hard to know what you’re getting with supplements.

Seems to be working. Can only hope
