Did they forget to include any explanations?
This book is a bit useless if you are a beginner like me learning arpeggios. Why? Because it has zero explanation of what an arpeggio is, how they or made up and how used.It just has pages and pages of examples but no explanation as to what you are playing.

Delightful, manageable, the best learning tool
This is a great little book, with the most delightful exercises. Starting with the dead simple, over 120 different exercises it takes you to the very difficult. As an intermediate camp fire player, I have now reached number 91, after 5 weeks of playing an average of 25 mins a day.The joy in these exercises is that each one provides a very pleasant and melodious tune. Some are very short, just one line long, others take up a whole page. But they are always bite-size and very manageable, and they present a very tangible measure of the progress you make. In addition to this book, each exercise is played out on YouTube, so you can hear how the composer/maestro, Guitar Nick himself plays them. One final tip: begin with the immensely useful and practical 20 warm up exercises for finger style guitar, and the fingers are ready for the days contortions
