A wonderful starter kit
The box that contained all the fantastic pieces for sourdough bread baking was like Mary Poppins’ bag. Amazing things came out and expanded and all the pieces are of excellent quality and very easy to use and made proving and baking the bread a real pleasure. I highly recommend this deceptively unassuming starter kit.

Fab starter kit
Husband started making sourdough this year and LOVES this kit. The razor is a bit fiddly but otherwise it’s great. He loves that the bowls are silicone/flexible

Sticky bannetons
Banetons are supposedly non stick- they definitely are! Wish I could return this. I tried less hydration loafs, flour, oil etc but still sticks!

Flour the baskets or the dough will stick!
The baskets are a good size but you do need to flour them. The blade is poor quality. Whisk is very good as are the silicone slings

Bread believer
