I've tried more than a few based on Internet reviews, top 10 lists and more. This one is the most expensive but it, by far, works the best and smells the nicest.The only thing I like as much or more is a powder (no -aerosol) so it is less convenient to apply but works like magic. The powder is made with arrowroot, bentonite clay, and cacao powder (so it doesn't leave white streaks in brown hair) and fragrance (rosemary and lemon essential oil). I get this at farmers markets or on etsy.For commercial dry shampoo, this product wins the 5 stars re-purchase after trying 10 others.

Love it! I love it so much I bought a travel size to throw into my bag

I've been a fan of Drybar products for some time now and have always used the dry shampoo. I think that overall, it's a good one but for some reason, lately it feels more like hairspray. I had to do a double take when I received this travel size version. It's so tiny (see picture of bottled water for comparison). Then a triple take when I applied it and my hair was a bit sticky. It mostly went away eventually but it surprised me. The reason I like this one over others though is that it really feels like it works and it actually lasts a few days. Other brands, while they may be more "natural" feeling, I have to reapply the next day or for however long I decide not to wash my hair. My hair also doesn't feel bogged down by the spray. The only reason I don't give it a glowing 5 is because it's still not perfect and this particular one still felt like I'd applied some hairspray. Plus, I don't think the value is there for this travel size. Would rather pay a bit more and get the full size.PS - Drybar, why did you get rid of the brunette version?! That stuff was amazing. Please bring it back! My appearing grays really need it!

Feels great and leaves hair soft!

I have tried budget brands of dry shampoo and they are all overly fragrant and leave horrible powdery residue even with minimal application. The drybar dry shampoo really absorbs the oils and doesn’t leave your hair powdery. I don’t use often so I can’t speak to long term build up but I haven’t had any issue with build up with once a week or less use. The scent is nice and fresh and isn’t overpowering and makes my hair smell fresh and not unwashed but also not like I’m trying to mask odor. This travel size is PERFECT for trips especially when trying to travel and extend your style when you may not take all of your tools with you to style your hair. I also got the big can for home use. The travel can is small travel size but you can feel the weight of the product in it and I was pleasantly surprised how many uses are in the travel size after a good handful of uses and hasn’t run out. For the cost, it’s worth it.

This seems to work if you can stand the smell that is so bad that it leaves a horrible taste in the mouth. I’ve used it a couple of times and it works slightly… did leave my dark hair lighter than normal until it dried or gotten in the sun where it quickly dried. But I can’t get past the smell to keep for using or to give it a high rating. Even an hour after putting it on, I can still taste the smell. My daughter even says it stinks to her (even though she is picky on scents this is one I gotta agree with her.

This is definitely a premium dry shampoo. As it also comes with a premium price I only use it when absolutely needed, but it certain performs (and smells!) better than the drugstore brand that I'm currently using. I like the travel size since I can put it in my travel bag and have it handy after a day of sweaty flying to freshen up quickly.

If you're someone who doesn't shower often, or doesn't shampoo every day, this could be for you. I used it on my recent camping trips that had no showers available, and it seemed to work well.
