I love this so much! I usually use this cold to help me fall asleep and it stays cold all the way up until I fall asleep which is perfect. It helps relieve so much stress to just set this on my head/eyes and sleep. It also helps to get rid of headaches, puffy eyes, & eye strain. I love how there is a band in case I want to lay on my side. I use the soft side first then the plastic side once the soft side is not as cold. Both are different intensities based on how you feel but very comfortable either way. It came with a bag so it won't smell from storing it in the freezer if you use it cold which is super helpful. There is also a lil thank you note that is so cute! I highly recommend this for anyone who wants almost a spa like feeling before they go to sleep or just to relieve pain or stress

I had blethroplasty surgery and this mask was suggested by surgeon. It worked perfectly, no smell and light weight. Great coverage and stayed frozen for about 20-25 minutes. Elastic helps the fit. The only con was it didn’t freeze well after about 2 weeks. That was fine as I more than got my moneys worth by then.

I love how this one has two sides... for gentle / intense cooling. It comes with a weird little plastic ziplock to keep it fresh & away from food smells in the freezer. At first I thought that was pretty dumb, but after almost 2 years of using it.... I really appreciate how it's kept nice n fresh in that bag. It has a simple head strap, and overall it just works great

SOOO nice and refreshing! I get migraines and felt such relief putting it on after having it in the freezer. It’s flexible and doesn’t freeze to a rock solid. The product comes with a bag to keep it in so that it doesn’t get the smells from the refrigerator or freezer. Love that it has the option to freeze, cool, or warm up! Amazing!

Product is good and works as expected. unfortunately, I ordered a packet of two and one of them has a hole on the side and the beads are keep falling off. Other than that, it works as expected. it freezes fast and stays cool for about 30 minutes which is how long I need to keep them on my eyes after surgery. I use one while the other one is in the freezer freezing. Until I receive a replacement, I taped one with the hole so the beach don’t fall on me. Hopefully the replacement will not have a defect.

I really like this thing for my headaches and migraines. Feels great, and comes in handy. I really appreciate the adjustable strap. Stays cold for a good amount of time

First of all, I absolutely love the plastic bag it comes with to keep the mask clean when throwing it in the freezer. I have this problem as a side sleeper where my skin creases under my eyes. I try to lay facing up but it's so hard to stay in that position all night. This eye mask helps reduce puffiness and helps blood flow. The color of my skin turned more natural after using this. The ice retention lasts about 30 minutes. I normally use the cloth side first. Then when it defrosts a bit more, I'll flip it to the plastic side for a more cooler feel. The mask has an adjustable strap with velcro for a more tailored fit. It's super easy to use and easy to store. This was a great purchase, of course if you have the time to lay there for an extra 30 minutes in the morning. Sometimes when my neck hurts, I'll use this as an ice pack and lay down and let the ice heal my neck. So I'm getting my monies worth, the price is super affordable. Edit: I recently discovered you can heat in microwave for a heating pad too! Great for menstrual cramps! 10 SECONDS, then an extra 5 seconds if not warm enough. That's it. BE CAREFUL! IT'S HOT.

I use it for hot fomentation for my eyes, as prescribed by the doctor for MGD. The mask is perfect; it remains warm for several minutes.
