Great computer

I wanted a cheap and lightweight laptop for travel. This one worked out well. I added a 512 GB memory stick to the side for photo storage. I would have liked more USB ports but I can add a hub or splitter.

Got this as RESALE item from Amazon Resale. EDITED: Oct 27, 2025 One week now since i started using and testing it vigorously. Battery holding charge for still almost 6 hrs while streaming movies using bluetooth headphones. Suggestion: best to just use/open 1 app and one browser ( 4 sites opened ) - no slowness at all. Will update next week. So, just 4.5 stars - for now. __________________________ So far everything worked just perfect. Wifi and Bluetooth ( no disconnection, easy setup, used bluetooth headphones), battery (watched 3 movies for 5 Hrs 45 min straight - 21% left 50 min.), screen resolution ( brightness solid. THIS IS NOT Touchscreen). Build - plastic but sturdy enough. Ports - all 3 available ports work. Charger and cable - solid. Audio/Video - solid ( with and without headphones and earbuds used for Messenger/Zoom) Apps and video streaming websites - all good.

It is a good computer

High-quality Chromebook. I am very pleased, with one caveat: only two ports -- one USB-C and one USB-3. I wanted to use this to connect to a large monitor, but had to buy an extra accessory to do it. The one USB-C port is needed to charge the unit, and also to transfer an HDMI signal to the monitor. I had to buy a high-quality adapter in order to be able to charge the unit while transferring signal to the monitor. I would ordinarily have returned the unit, but spent the extra $28 because the picture is so good.

Update: 4 months later, and I've come back to remove a star. This is truly the worst piece of technology I've ever spent money on. Now it loses the ability to connect to the internet every few minutes, requiring a restart. Meanwhile, every other device in the house hasn't had any connection issues. This device is simply too slow to do anything. It can't handle browsing internet, it can't play youtube videos, it can't handle typing in a word processor. The vast majority of apps can't be used on this device because it doesn't meet the requirements to run them. I've had the same smartphone for 4 years and it does everything better and faster than this device.

Very happy with my purchase. Works great, holds a charge for hours and has decent speed. I would recommend this for anyone needing a basic tablet using wifi. Has good memory too.
