My daughter loves this backpack. It has held up very well. She's had it her whole school year. No rips at all. Good quality

The quality of the bag is nice with comfortable straps and nice zippers. The bag itself is pretty durable considering it gets thrown around a lot while I travel to and from nursing school/hospitals. However, I think the pockets could be better as things tend to fall out of the mesh pockets on the side of the bag as well as inside the small compartment. Furthermore, the small compartment gets extremely heavy as there is only the main compartment and the small one. Thus, my bag tends to be top heavy and it often hurts my shoulders when I wear it. I think it’s alright for a school bag but wouldn’t recommend if you like to pack your life into your bag

I purchased this backpack as a junior in college to replace my old backpack that I had for 5+ years. Unfortunately I didn't do enough research because there were not as many pockets as I was expecting. There is only one main compartment (for laptop etc.) and one small top pocket. I need a lot of storage space and the more small pockets there are the better. This backpack is great quality and very nice if you are a simplistic person. So I will be returning but only because I need a more maximalist approach when it comes to compartments.
