Please dont buy this. I purchased back end of May and have used literally 3 timesDoes not pick up well at all. In fact I end up picking the bits left with a hand held hooverThe motor become extremely hot after a few mins use ans I had to leave to cool down before I coul put it away. Have contacted customer support twice now explaining the issues but neither time have I received a response. Given it a well known brand the product is useless and with the motor getting so hot (too got to hold hand on it) and the customer service no better i just wish I had never purchased in the first place

Really powerful for its size. But make sure you empty it frequently.

Works well. Get heated quickly. But so far works well. Suction is good

I stupidly reviewed this hoover as great week after bought should of give it another few weeks. Since bought its pretty much fallen apart the connector from hose to main part has broke so had to gaffer tape it now the base of hose and suction part has a huge crack up it so continously falls off can't gaffer tape on because I like to use the hose to get right to the corner of the rooms. The roller feels are dinted and scratched so just scratching marks into my wooden floors. Lesson learnt no more cheap hoovers it went in the bin this morning only had it couple of months don't buy spend more money

Love this, light weight and very portable

I had some hope as my flat is mainly hard flooring, but this did not live up to any expectations. Very noisy!! Sounds like a jet taking off. Does not hoover carpet.. nor rugs... laminate/vinyl flooring it just about manages. Non of the attachments work very well, if at all due to a serious lack of suction. Sorry, but this was an awful purchase. Please don't waste your money.

Straight away this is cheap... obviously cheap. It is all plastic, with limited function and it has a short cord. It does have a “carpet” option, but even that is not good if the carpet is a thick pile. Honestly for me I would avoid this vacuum, but looking at it from a different perspective shows there is a place for it.If you have a fairly small area that is mostly flooring or industrial carpeting this might be a good option. Since it is corded it has decent power and there is no worry about batteries wearing down over time rendering the vacuum useless. If you aren't looking to spend a fortune and want a half decent vacuum that is great on hard surface flooring this might actually be a winner for you.
