These are probably the nicest pillows I've ever gotten! They come super compact and vacuum sealed, but I left out for 2 days and they puffed up fine by the time I used them. As they are they're kind of a medium firmness, but it comes with a package of extra foam to add if you'd like it firmer, and you can remove some if you'd like to make it softer. I don't think I've ever bought "queen" size pillows before, but these are longer and wider than any other pillows I've had in the past.The "cooling" feature doesn't seem to necessarily do very much though. Maybe it's just because I have pillow cases and am not sleeping directly on the fabric. However, before I put the cases on, it did seem a little bit cool to the touch. In general, I think that maybe it gets a little less warm from your face than other pillows, just don't set your hopes too high like it will be a replacement for a fan or air conditioner lol.

Great value for 4 pillows. Arrived flat and need to puff up after opened. I wish a bit fluffier. Seems cooling. Just a average pillow in my opinion

I requested the queen sized set and really like these pillows. I consider them to be medium-firm loft and very comfortable. The firmness is adjustable by either removing or adding foam as desired. Yes, the vendor provides extra foam that can be stuffed into the pillow to increase the firmness.I was going to take pictures but the ones the vendor provides are accurate and representative of the product. The outer cover has a zipper that can be opened to remove it which allows for the cover to be washed separately from the pillow itself. Then the inner portion also has a zipper which can be opened to add/remove foam to increase/decrease the firmness. The design here is very well executed.Not much more I can say here other than these are currently my favorite pillow.

These are very comfortable and being adjustable is a plus. The pillow has a zippered cover and the inner pillow has a zipper also so you can add or remove memory foam chunks. They provide an extra bag of memory foam chunks so if you really want a firm pillow you can add as much as you need. I can't say I noticed any difference in the temperature comfort level between the cool blue side versus the white side with a cotton pillowcase on it. Perhaps if you don't use a cotton pillow case it would be noticeable. They are nice pillows any way you look at it.

These pillows came vacuum-packed, and very dense. But after a day or so they fluffed up.These are standard size, and rather puffy (I was surprised after how they were vacuum packed).The pillows seem to be of good quality, but more fluffy than my older 'feather' pillow.I guess all that I can review about them is... they are comfortable when sleeping on them, they do seem cooler, but I guess that depends on what case you put on them. I like these and would order them again, so I guess that says it all.👍

The stuffing in these pillows can be adjusted to more or less. Good quality. Soft. Comfortable. Although the pillow is a more longer rectangle shape, not the size of a standard pillow sized rectangle.

These pillows arrive extremely heavily compressed and start to puff back up shortly after taking them out of their compressed state. I would recommend giving them the day to decompress and air out but they are ready to go almost immediately! The "cool" functionality really works and is lovely right now with our hot summers.

These arrived compression-packed, so I was unprepared for how full and plump these would get once released. They are much more substantial than I assumed they would be. They are cool to the touch on one side, and both sides are smooth fabric covers with a zippered closure. Beneath is another zippered cover that encloses the stuffing, and it can be adjusted for the amount of bulk you want within the pillow. It came with a pack of extra stuffing to customize it, too. The memory foam is firm yet pliable, making for a very comfortable sleep. I love the cooling feeling and how easy it is to adjust to a position that suits you. I like these even better than similar pillows that I spent much more on for a single pillow, so these are also a great value for a two-pack.
