Awesome device to help monitor oxygen level and pulse rate with a great company backing it up!
We love the O2Ring-S Oxygen Monitor. My wife has a lung disease and we can tell ahead of time when she needs to sit down and rest or increase her oxygen on her consentrator. We had an issue with it months later but customer service was awesome and got a replacement in a timely matter after. Actually it was the best customer service I have ever dealt with! This is the 24 hour model but we also have the 16 hour model that we use for a back up while on vacation plus wanted one to monitor during the night occasionally so 16 hour one comes in handy the next day why 24 hour one charges. Later we'll probably buy another 24 hour one to switch off every day. My wife says it is comfortable to wear and never had an issue doing so. Every morning I download the data to my cell phone and then to my computer. That also helps to see monitor what she shouldn't be doing or take more breaks if she does. Needless to say, we are very happy with the product and the company's service department. I wouldn't have a problem buying again because it's a great tool on help keeping my wife safe! Here is a small sample on what we see in my downloads every morning on my cell phone.

Excellent product, great service response!
This is an excellent product that does the job flawlessly. It reads and records my oxygen levels, heartrate, and movement in one-second intervals, unlike other wearables that record less frequently or require another device to record the data. I put it on and it starts recording automatically. Downloading the data to the app over bluetooth is automatic, once the app is open and recording stops. The battery life is good, usually enough for at least two sleep sessions. There are only three issues that I have: > The cord that comes with this device is NOT a standard USB-C cord. The device will not charge or transfer data with a standard cord. I have to use the one that came with the device. > The app uses private storage on my phone to write files, which I then have to transfer to my PC, one at a time, using the share function in the app to store the file on my phone, then my phone to my laptop. (There is a way to sync with my PC directly, but this is only from the wearable to my PC using that cable and Wellue's proprietary software.) > This last one is really nitpicky, but there is no way to see the battery level in-app or on the device, except by a very small battery icon. No battery percentage is shown, so it is difficult to know whether there is enough charge for another sleep session. PS: The customer service department deserves a bit of praise for handling an issue I had with my unit where it stopped responding to the button on the device. All they required was proof of purchase and a video showing the problem, along with a photo of the serial number on the device and they shipped me a new one in two days! Amazing!

Continuous high EMF levels.
In some respects it's a good tool for determining O2 blood saturation and how it tracks all night and gives a full report. It wakes you up with a vibration if 02 level falls below a preset level. The big problem with this device is that it broadcasts very high bluetooth EMF levels all the time while it's on. I found this out using an EMF meter. It's in the red zone of the meter all night long averaging in the range of roughly 105 mW/m² even when the device is not paired with a phone and the ViHealth app is completely closed or uninstalled. My finger is a bit sore and numb where I had it on nights for about a month. This is poor design and a health hazard over time. My wife suffered severe Parkinson's symptoms using bluetooth earphones that slowly went away over about a year after she stopped using them. All my bluetooth hearing aids allow me to turn continuous bluetooth off . Nobody should be exposed to so much continuous radiation. One should be able to shut bluetooth off if desired and then turn it on briefly while communicating with the app, like downloading the nights data. I don't think I can return it now though I'm going to try. It's too bad - an otherwise good tool but somebody in the design of the product apparently thinks high levels of EMF are not a health risk. I know otherwise. They could program it to poll for a signal from the app every 30 seconds or so instead of having bluetooth on continuously whenever the device is turned on. And the signal level is much higher than it needs to be. That's what my hearing aids do. I checked with my EMF meter. Full blast EMF all night long.

Worth it if you need detailed oxygen data
I bought the O2RingS to track overnight oxygen and heart rate levels, and overall it delivers very well on its promises. What works well: - Accurate tracking: The O2RingS samples 200 times per second and stores one data point per second, which is much more frequent than the original O2Ring that stores one data point per 4 seconds. This makes it highly precise for overnight monitoring of oxygen saturation, heart rate. It also tracks movement, but it didn't indicate a lot of movement even when I had to get out of bed during the night. - Simple operation: Just slip it on and it starts recording automatically. Syncing with the ViHealth app is quick and reliable over Bluetooth. Data can also be synced to a PC using the included USB cable and the dedicated PC application. There is no difference in functionality between the mobile and PC apps. - Vibration alerts: If oxygen levels drop below a threshold, the vibration is noticeable but not overly disruptive—useful for sleep apnea monitoring. Things to improve: -Charging cable: Although the device uses a USB-C port, it does not support standard USB-C chargers or cables. You must use the included proprietary cable. Losing it could be problematic. - Comfort & design: The “one-size-fits-all” approach isn’t ideal—on smaller fingers it feels loose, on larger ones tight. Bottom line: If your priority is accurate, high-resolution tracking of oxygen and heart rate, the O2RingS is excellent. The automatic recording and reliable app integration make it easy to use nightly. However, the comfort/design quirks and reliance on a proprietary charging cable are definite downsides. For me, it’s a solid 4-star device—worth it if you need detailed oxygen data, but not perfect out of the box.

Just works
*** update below after using for a few weeks Does exactly what it says in the description. Works straight out of the box and had no issues pairing. I do wish they'd be a little more creative with sizing options aside from this one size fits all solution, and I wish they'd have made the outside of the ring something... Non stick? The rubber of the ring gets caught on your sheets/blanket if you move and it rotates the ring. Aside from that though this does indeed do a good job for me at taking heart rate and o2 Saturation levels. It syncs data with the app really well and quickly. My personal tip to people is to also buy a pack of magnet charging tips - you can stick a magnet charging tip into the charging port of the ring so you never have to fiddle with the rubber stopper or getting a charger in and out over and over. It's probably the biggest failure point on this device besides the rubber of the ring degrading over time but that won't effect it's actual main functionality and can be repaired with diy solutions. I also find it incredibly easy to export the o2 ring data to my pc and load it onto OSCAR for what ever that's worth to anyone - I just asked chat GPT how to do that and it told me how in like 3 sentences and gave me alternate methods. ***Update from using for a couple weeks - initially this worked well... And I mean it's not like it got worse or something after a few weeks but it just got really annoying having to be careful how you move the hand you use this on. The silicone the ring is made from sticks to your sheets/blanket and gets caught as you move which can cause it to stop reading and vibrate because your sp02 false drops from inaccurate reading... I still want to keep it 5 stars because it's a good product that works... Just not for me. I returned it right before the return window closed but if you're someone who wakes up to scratch an itch or just moves around at all with the hand you have the ring on and it gets caught in your sheets you will get real annoyed real fast. To improve the ring the screen should get a harder scratch resistant screen... This one can be scratched by literally anything, even the wall/bed post. They should also have a better solution for ring size than one size fits all... On a small finger the extra material just gets caught more easily and on a thumb or big finger it feels tight. Also they need a better solution to the outside material being silicone... It feels impossible to avoid moving your hand at all under the sheets and having it get caught in fabric and getting tangled in sheets makes it so annoying.

Love the convenience and efficacy of this ring!
This ring is FANTASTIC! My mother has required oxygen for about 2 years now. Finding the right level of oxygen to keep her healthy was challenging because using a typical pulse oximeter only gives a reading for that moment. Oxygen saturation levels can change in a person quickly and if it's too low, permanent damage can occur. This ring allows my mom to monitor her own oxygen levels all the time. The display screen on the ring clearly shows her oxygen saturation in real time and has very good readability. Additionally, my dad connects the ring to the app on his phone and can also see her oxygen levels from across the room or the house. Furthermore, if her oxygen saturation drops below a limit he set in the app, an alarm will go off on the app and will cause the ring to vibrate. The app is easy to use and overall set-up was simple. We also love that the ring tracks my mom's heart rate. Since she has a-fib, this is a handy feature to monitor her heart rhythm. While it's not cheap, the ring is fairly priced for the value. The battery life is very good, but we bought two rings so that we can have one charging while she is wearing the other one. She does wear the ring 24/7 and says it's comfortable enough to sleep with and doesn't get in the way of living life. The ring is pretty durable. The silicone structure allows it to stretch for larger fingers. The company provides a good warranty and excellent service in the event the silicone rips.

Helps me stay on track with CPAP and weight loss
I was recently diagnosed with moderate sleep apnea and started using a CPAP machine. I picked this up after doing a lot of research, and it's now one of the most useful tools I've added to my routine. The ring is comfortable enough to wear through the night and gives me real, detailed data on my oxygen levels and heart rate. I like that it vibrates if my levels drop too low, but it's even more helpful to be able to review the reports in the app the next day. I'm using this to see how my oxygen saturation improves as I adjust my CPAP settings and continue to work on weight loss. Being able to track that progress over time has made the whole process feel less overwhelming and more in my control. Syncing with the app works smoothly, and the graphs are really useful. I can see dips, recovery, and averages without having to dig for the data. I also used the reports when talking to my doctor, and he appreciated the extra context it provided. It's not cheap, but for me, it's totally worth it. You get what you pay for. If you're dealing with sleep issues, especially those related to sleep apnea and oxygen drops, this can help you track what your CPAP or night-to-night sleep study doesn't show. It's one of the few things I bought for health reasons that helps me stay motivated.

Is it working correctly
I purchased the Wellue O2Ring to track my oxygen levels over time, and while the concept and comfort are excellent, I’ve noticed significant inconsistencies in the readings. Under similar conditions, the SpO₂ values can fluctuate rapidly up and down, sometimes without corresponding symptoms or changes in activity. This makes it difficult to rely on the data for accurate oxygen tracking. The device may still be useful for trend awareness, but anyone using it to closely monitor oxygen levels should be aware of these discrepancies.
