Took a month to come in. Package was in good condition with no damage to any parts. Assembled but the bolts provided would not work for my siding. Put a board up first attaching to studs with Z flashing on top. Attached awning to the board with 3/8 by 2in lag bolts with washer. Looks good. Hasn’t rained yet but seems like will work good above my french doors.

I received my 2 awnings and it appears most of the critical parts are here. However there were no directions on how to build or instal. If anyone here has them it would be most helpfull to get a pdf copy.

Outstanding product. Easy to use and delivers excellent results

Just received my order. However, there are no instructions on how to install. Is the installation manual available online? For the price I paid i would have atleast expect and installation manual.

I almost returned the first package because the second took 5 extra days to arrive. The product is solid and as described. The instructions are missing as others have experienced. There are instructional videos online, you just have to look for them. It requires some experience and competence with tools and putting things together. Also the frame comes in one color only- black. I painted mine a high gloss white and it looks amazing!

They came with concrete bolts only and we had to buy lag bolts, no instructions on the packing and I bought 3.. Pretty cheap brackets that are pop metal
