These plants came in broken and almost dead do you have any tips on how to revive it because obviously I don't want to send it back

Mine came dead so I got a refund from amazon

The plants I ordered came extremely dry. Be sure to soak over night before planting. One is still in question but the other did extremely well and came with two different color flowers. Recipient was extremely impressed with my gift.
