Great quality. Looks very old school Benetton. Medium to small in terms of your average backpack. My only complaint, I ordered the small weekend suitcase (as a set) and they are completely different blues. Look the same in photos.

I was so sad when I stopped seeing Benetton stores and products- the brand was ubiquitous during my teen years, so I was excited to see this offered. I got the bright blue with hot pink backpack for my daughter in the hopes that she would have a bag that wouldn't get mixed up with her classmates' typical assortment of navy and black backpacks. The backpack is incredibly well constructed out of what rather seems to be a neoprene-like material. There is one central compartment with a padded sleeve for a computer and then a small outer-zipped area for smaller items. My daughter uses a case for her school tablet, and the case plus any books would overwhelm this backpack. I think we will use it instead as an afterschool activity backpack for sports. There are side pockets for water bottles, but I think they are better suited for smaller water bottles or purchased reusable recyclable aluminum bottles (that are thankfully starting to replace the plastic bottles). There is a handle on the top as well as a strap for sliding on luggage handles- both seem like they will hold up for heavy use. The zippers seem sturdy and you know that anything made by Delsey is going to hold up. Welcome back, Benetton!
