Instructions could be better
Once the unclear instructions for calibration have been followed, (they cover three different models with no indication as to which set applies) the process is straightforward. The disadvantage is the small size of the piece of material to be used to cover the calibrating oil instead of the daylight cover plate. Do not let the special oil come into contact with the plastic daylight plate as it will dissolve it! The adjusting screw was badly manufactured, but contact with China to clarify problems was very prompt.

Does the Job
The shipped package contained a small plastic bottle of calibration oil that has leaked during transit and was empty on arrival. Needs better packaging.Instructions are not very clear, particularly regarding calibration, but one you work out how to use the device it is relatively easy.Not clear when ordering that this is shipped from Hong Kong. It did arrive well within advised delivery estimate but when you view an item on Amazon and it is shown as in stock, you don't expect it to be shipped from overseas

Useless. Prompt reply from seller
The blue/white boundary line was so blurred, it was impossible to take a reading. Useless. Prompt reply from seller . To return for full refund + postage. Pity I need it now, as have honey crop waiting to come off!!

Easy to use...... but instructions not very clear ! Throw the little bottle of "Whatever it is" away it melts the plastic cover plate (Chemically) apart from that Its very good
