This is the Lacebark Necklace. The Lacebark Elm has bark speckled with gray, green, orange, and brown. One great thing about this necklace is that it creates an instantly layered look. The shorter layer has a mint green Swarovski crystal pendant. The longer layer has a shiny rose gold leaf. The Lacebark Elm necklace is shown layered in the last picture with the Strand Necklace in rose gold and labradorite.
