Life changing
I love this company. The shipping is super quick. The cocoa is quality and I have incorporated it into my daily routine. Amazing taste and smell!
I discovered the difference between powdered Cacao and ceremonial Cacao and I'm never going back. Smells chocolaty but earthy, the tablets disolve well, but there are a few grains (like sand) that eventually disolve after mixing - I expected this. It has a rich creamy texture and it's very soothing. I make mine with hot lactose free 2% milk, add cinnamon, a little beet sugar and Manuka honey for sweetness. LOVE it!

Smells and tastes wonderful and is healthy
Haven't quite mastered the art of making a hot drink out of this but the shavings make a wonderful topping for desserts without adding sugar. I also use it as a mix-in when I make ice cream in my stealthy ice cream maker. Perfect! I love dark chocolate but I can't eat these like candy. I gotta have a little sweetness from somewhere!

Grainy and lacking
I purchased this after trying ceremonial cacao from another source. This was a disappointment. It was grainy, did not melt smoothly, and lacked the rich flavor profile associated with high grade ceremonial cacao. Poor quality and taste for the price paid. I would definitely not but again.
