No complaints, works well for my desk! I need more!
I have some aluminum tile edging that is really, really cool, and works amazingly as an edge bumper to protect the decorative contact paper on my desk, but the downside is that any time I need to change said wallpaper, I need to painstakingly remove or replace the tile edging. And, replacing it is always troublesome, as it requires an aluminum-cutting hacksaw to trim it to fit. That is but one of the many, many reasons I was so happy to pick up this vinyl wall molding: not only is it the same size, but does the job just as well, and it's easy to apply in any length I need! And everything can be done with scissors!!!In practice, applying it is just as simple and straightforward as applying the original tile trim. You cut it to length, notch it around corners where necessary, and then hold it in place while you peel away the paper backing from the adhesive. You do need to have a steady hand to make sure everything is pushed firmly down in the place where you want it but, otherwise, it's good to go. It is just a little bit reminiscent of sewing on a sewing machine, especially when it comes to notching inside corners.I got white this time, since it matches my decor and all, but I'm going to pick up some black (or hunt to see if the same brand makes transparent molding trim) when I next get some free time to work on the edges of my black coffee table, too! It just works THAT well! The only downside I've found from using contact paper to make my furniture all match is how easily it gets scored, especially on the edges. Putting some trim on the edges not only makes it look great but also cuts down on the wear and tear so it'll last a long, long time!

Easy install
Cut this to lay it over the edges of an old counter covered in damaged, jagged sheet of aluminum that could cut you if hit the right way and it worked like a charm. They include a glove to use the cleaning pad they also include which is great since kitchen counters are usually pretty oily/greasy even when clean sometimes just due to the environment and cooking nearby and whatever that pad was definitely vaporized any oil on the surface of the metal I installed this on. Once instead they stuck great, I had to tap one spot on the side down for a bit until it got used to the position but not it looks great and has a little lip to stop things from rolling off the counter as well

Works OK, But Alignment and Backing Can Be Tricky
I recently bought this peel-and-stick wall molding trim to add some protection to a wall edge in my living room. It went well in some areas, but not in others, all on the same wall. Maybe because the edge was banged up too much? And there were a few challenges I wanted to mention.Pros:Clean Look: Once it's up, the molding trim looks great. It adds a nice finished touch to the edges of my walls.Flexible: The molding is flexible, which seemed like it would be helpful for curving around corners and uneven walls (but in my case, despite it's flexibility, it became detached on the more damaged wall parts).Seems Sticky Enough: So far, the adhesive seems to be holding well in some areas with less damage. No peeling or lifting so far in the better parts of the wall (although I've only had it up for a few days).Cons:Fiddly Backing Removal: Removing the backing from the adhesive tape was a bit of a pain. It wasn't always easy to peel off cleanly, and I tore the backing a few times in the process.Alignment is Key: This one is important. Because the molding trim is designed to fit right up against the edge (presumably to hide imperfections), you really need to get it perfectly aligned during installation. This means having the crease line up perfectly with the wall edge. If it's even slightly off, it can look messy, and it will not stick.Seems too small: I've had better luck with wider trim. I think that this is just too narrow to really get the proper adhesion. My wider trim allowed a little more imperfection along the wall edge and it's stayed on for three months strong now.Overall:This peel-and-stick molding trim is a good idea in theory, and it looks nice once it's up. However, the difficulty removing the adhesive backing and the need for perfect alignment during installation make it a bit trickier to use than I expected. Here's who I would recommend this for:DIYers who are patient and have a good eye for alignment.Anyone who needs a relatively short length of molding trim for a small project. Here's who I would not recommend this for:Anyone looking for a quick and easy fix.People tackling large projects that require a lot of molding trim.If you do decide to get this molding trim, take your time and be prepared to be a little extra careful during installation. I found using a smoothing tool helped to press the trim down securely and avoid any air bubbles.

Very attractive
This trim came with good, simple instructions and was easy to apply. It's made of high quality PVC and is very flexible and appears to be quite durable. It sticks fairly well but needs a little epoxy help on corners. I uses it on my workbench which takes a lot of abuse. It looks great.Damon M. Tatem

The adhesive doesn’t stay on the wall
The wide is small and the adhesive doesn’t hold on the wall. It put them on the wall corners, but they all opened in one day.

Already coming off...
We only recently got this and they are already coming off of the wall. The problem is that I wanted this to go on a right angle on the wall - you have to forcibly bend the material and it just wants to bend back ....so even after we adhered it, it still wants to pull back off so that it is flat.
