I purchased this bad boy so I could work from home comfortably and in style. It arrived super quick and has surpassed my expectations. The how-to instructions could have been clearer and the installation requires 2 people, but otherwise it was a relatively straight forward process. The faux leather is soft and the colors are beautiful. The built-in cushions are supportive and shaped well to ensure maximum comfort. It also comes with two optional pillows- one for your back and the other for your neck. I personally felt they were too bulky and the chair was better without. It has the option to recline the back and lift up a foot rest. The two arm cushions contain a built in cup holder, and each side of the chair has a pocket. The base is sturdy and the chair is firm getting up and down from it. I can get a good 7-7.5 hours out of her, before sitting starts to feel uncomfortable. For context, I'm 5'0"/ 111 lbs, and this fits me like a glove. A friend of mine, who is 6'4"/190 lbs, also felt the chair was spacious and relaxing. Ultimately, this is absolutely worth the investment. Not to mention, it's Cheddar approved! 😊

Comfortable chair but they just added a bunch of bs to make it seem worth $200. Mine came broken but I'm just dealing with it because I dont want to wait for a new one but the speaker is either broken or just terrible quality. When I tried listening to music I can for some reason only hear the instrumental and adlibs? Idk. Theres like 8 screws you screw in to put it together but none connecting to the base, its sturdy enough but im never going to be able to puck ut uo and move it farther than like an inch off the ground or else the base slips out. Also, mine came with a broken screw hole that, I would assume, was supposed have an extension welded on or something but there was just a hole threw the chair with threads inside, the other side had the welded extension. Id be returning this if I didnt manage to get it together without the rest of the screw hole, but it took me abt 2 hours to get both sides in because after screwing in one side the other side would be about an inch away from the hole and it doesnt bend easy. I basically had to force both screws into their threads and slowly screw them both in parts at a time as to not make one side slip out. It was tight. Material on the chair feels good, the small pillow hole is nowhere near your neck and the clip for it is too small to put anywhere else. Im pretty sure the speaker is the only cool thing actually in the chair, but you have to charge it, and it sucks the pockets on the sides are cool but not worth $200. An interesting waste of money.

I've had the chair since July of 2024. It's a really comfy chair, I even started sitting in it instead of my recliner. It's also sturdy. I'm someone that sits in all kinds of weird ways and this chair is perfect for that. The footrest is amazing. My cat loves to sit on it while I'm gaming lol. The only potential downside is that it is not adjustable. For me that's not a big deal.The only reason I took a star off is because it is kind of a pain to put together. It took 2 people to get it together cause 1 person had to hold a piece while the other person screwed the pieces together.

Best chair I ever had, so comfortable and not that hard to put together. Ive been using it a couple of months now, and its still perfect

customer service was great and chair came faster than expected. I'd give it 5 stars however I don't think it leans back far enough....if your not someone who likes to be reclined then this chair is great. it comfortable and easy to set up. it does say it how far it reclines in the description, however i for some reason thought the angle would be more than it is

Don't get me wrong. I love my new chair, I had it for about ten days now and it's as described. The chair is comfortable, the RGB lights are great, and the massage pillow feels nice. You might encounter a bit of difficulty when assembling the chair on your own(it took me about 45 minutes) because of the two screws that attach the back to the seat, you have to do a bit of a balancing act when setting up. My only gripe was that I got a defective arm rest with a bit of material over the lights. The lights are quite cool and don't heat up to the point where this would be a problem. Now I contacted customer service and they responded quickly and offered me a partial refund. This was acceptable because I didn't want to disassemble the chair and ship it back, lol. This hiccup wasn't enough to not give five stars, the chair was worth every penny.

Extremely upset with this chair. I was so excited to receive this chair only to have no instructions. The screws wouldn’t screw in properly connecting the back piece to the base causing the screws to rip through the wood (were not even screwed in too tight). The head support pillow comes up to my shoulders and there is no way to adjust the head rest pillow at all. The lumbar pillow can be adjusted up and down though. The cup holders will only fit canned beverages and probably a small to medium take out cup. I really wanted to love this chair but overall I was so disappointed.. and being pregnant I feel defeated and like I wasted my money. Just spend the extra 40$ and get a chair in this style. They seem to be much better even though the reviews for this chair were not horrible… feel like I was deceived lol. The picture I provided was just to show the giant gaps where the screws were meant to secure the back to the base but they did not align up correctly and when you let go… it pulled the screws through the threading and made a hole in the wood :-/

Recline on it is rough. If you lay back then sit 90 snd pull the recline, you will be smacked. The leg rest bar just went loose and had my feet hit the floor. Just rough all around. Definitely will scratch your floor up, cord is extremely short. Quick to put together and I’m understanding why. cool. For real not worth it.
