Easy to use. Mixed with water and food coloring for cookies, then poured into bottles. Made about a dozen large cookies with this container. Maybe a little more.

I wasn't paying attention when ordering and thought that I was ordering meringue powder so I was perplexed at how heavy it was and confused after opening by what I was looking at because I usually like to make my own royal icing to flavor it as I prefer but I went ahead and used this and was surprised that it actually tastes pretty good and sets nicely. It takes alot of mixing to ensure that it isn't lumpy as you're using coloring and changing the consistency but overall I was happy with it.

When it came, I hurried up and put it in my pantry. I didn’t do a full inspection of it. The whole seal is gone. I cannot use the product at all. And trying to return it has become extremely difficult.

Easy to work with but has an artificial taste

Convenient royal icing but, it's very little in the jar. Once I thinned it out, I added a touch of vanilla flavor to boost the taste.

I had an order for 800 custom/decorated macarons and I was very stressed on the amount of Royal Icing I was going to need to make in order to decorate every single macaron. This stuff saved the day!! Consistency when adding that small amount of water is perfect, no issues. Taste is good, and honestly I got my monies worth. This whole container decorated 33 1/2 dozen macarons for me.

Seel is broken. Going to use this after2weeks.But this saying have to use withing 14days after opening.
