The Weather Writer Safety Neck Cord is designed for comfort and safety. It can be adjusted in length to fit each individual and is fully waterproof. It is incised in a soft plastic across the shoulders for added comfort. Each cord end is attached through the eyelets on the side of the Weather Writer and is held in place with the supplied safety stops. In the event that the Weather Writer becomes caught the safety stops will release the cord, preventing strangulation.
