This level of attentiveness and responsiveness was truly impressive. They immediately dispatched a replacement unit to me, and within just a few days, I had the new mount in my hands.The dedication to making things right and ensuring customer satisfaction was evident throughout the process. Now, I'm genuinely looking forward to testing out the replacement product. I really liked it, but now after 3 months about,I have to say, I'm disappointed with its performance. Initially, it seemed promising, but over time, the magnet's strength deteriorated . While driving my phone (Pixel 7 ) constantly tilts down, making it very annoying to use. This product's quality looked very good at the beginning,but now unfortunately does not live up to its initial impression.

This mount has magnets at both ends. One end attaches magnetically to a mount that sticks with adhesive to the intended surface, while the other attaches to a similar mount stuck to the back of your phone or phone's case. I ordered it to provide an extension that would allow my phone to hang in front of the dashboard so I could plug in the charging cord while using the phone for navigation. I did NOT want a suction mount because none works well in my experience. This one is fantastic, it works like and extended Steelie Ball and the magnetic force at both ends is much stronger than I expected. So far we're very pleased with this phone holder.

First of all, I should note that I am not using this in a car so it is not being exposed to hot/cold and bumpy roads. For that purpose, I cannot vouch for its durability, though I imagine it will work perfectly.I am using this mount to suspend an iPad Air 2 from custom designed shelves on my desk. I mounted one thick metal disc on either side of my computer monitors so that I can move the iPad to either side as necessary. I ultimately decided on this magnetic mount for that purpose, it has the best flexibility. I can mount the thick discs anywhere to mount it, but also the mount itself can mount to any metal surface, which makes it great to take into the kitchen for recipes, etc.The mount is very sturdy. In fact, it is one of the most beautifully machined pieces of metal I've ever seen. Most magnetic phone/tablet mounts are plastic and cheap looking with a lot of flex, this is beautifully machined metal and very sturdy. It has no difficulty holding an iPad Air 2 up, with the mount hanging from the bottom of a shelf and angled straight out at two 45 degree angles. It doesn't sag or move at all, which is very impressive considering its relatively small size. I don't know if it'll continue to hold up, but it is great so far.The only issue I have had so far is the adhesive on one of the two thick metal discs that I mounted under my shelf. One of them completely failed, luckily it was as I was re-attaching the iPad to that disc so the iPad was in my hands. The adhesive on those discs is 3M VHB which is incredibly strong stuff, so I am going to chalk it up to user error. The shelves are wood so it is very possible it isn't a fully smooth surface. I ended up taking all the adhesive off and using Gorilla Glue to re-attach it to the shelf. It is so thin that it isn't visible and I'm more than happy to have it permanently attached. The adhesive on the other disc and the adhesive on the back of the iPad are rock solid though, so the failure was definitely my own.I don't know if this mount would hold up anything much larger/heavier than an iPad Air, but I wouldn't hesitate to put any phone or small tablet on it. I'm strongly considering getting one for my car now as well since this worked so well. If you're in the market for a phone/magnet mount with the ultimate flexibility and beautiful design, this is what you want.

Don't let the headline fool you; I absolutely love these mounts. They're well-built, the magnets are very strong and the plates stay adhered in place (thus far). The fit and finish is top notch. Tension on the ballheads is very snug; perfect to adjust and stay in place.Now herein lies the issue: the ballhead tension is not adjustable. So should the tension loosen up over time (which does happen; check other reviews), the only remedy is to either contact the company (assuming they're still around) and hope for a warranty replacement, or buy something new.There's a joint right in the middle where I assume the two halves connect. I feel like this would have been a perfect point of adjustment of tension.Like I said, I love the product, and they're perfect aside from the glaring flaw of no tension adjustment. I am not a fan of companies that build failure into their products with your only recourse being to rely on them. So while I'll be using these mounts in the foreseeable future, if another company releases a similar mount with adjustment built in, I'll be making the switch.

I use it in the gym and I use it in my car and I use it in my house… Great quality definitely worth it

Only had the device a month, but excellent so far as long as you have the correct attachment such as adhesive pads.

車でのナビのため購入しましたマグセーフかと思っていたら自分で金属製のシールをはりそれを吸着力するしきでしたしかし磁力自体は振っても落ちないので商品はまんぞくするものでした可動域もいい具合に固いので動くことはないと思いますしいて言うならマグセーフならよかったのですがマグセーフじゃないスマホなどはこれ一択だと思います
