Great product!
My husband and I are both older and have mobility problems. He falls a lot. I don’t fall as often but once either of us are on the floor we need help. It’s rather difficult to slide up onto it if you’re on carpet so I’ve ordered the extension slide and hope that it makes that easier. Once you’re on the chair you’re all set and up in seconds. Only once have I needed to call the fire department for help one time since we got it when he fell in a tight spot. Our daughters like it too. It’s saving their backs.

it doesn't slide under a person behind welll or slide around well enough once they
I don't seem to have as much ease at moving my father around if he sits on this when he is on the floor after a fall. The item was purchased to use along with a chair that can lift a person up from the floor in a sitting position...I would say that I could try to put some furniture moving disks on the side that faces the floor and then try moving my father if he was sitting up on the floor. I also did not have much success moving my mother by trying to shove this under her while she was sitting in bed. IT JUST DOES NOT SLIP UNDER A PERSON THAT WAY SP DONT THINK THAT IT DOES YOU HAVE TO SIT THEM ON TOP OF IT OR LIFT THEM UP AND PUT IT UNDER THEM.

Using for unintended purpose at the moment
My father is just beginning to fall so we don't (yet) have an electric floor lifter, but getting him into a shower chair is getting harder since he's more scared about falling around the tub. Unfortunately for some reason this board scared him too. I can't say why, maybe that it wasn't a wooden board? It's plenty strong enough for him! So what I'm using it for now is to help him slide along the ground when he does fall, or when he infuriatingly suddenly decides he wants to lay on the floor. It allows me to scoot him along the floor to where he needs to be in order for us to start the "stand up process." One stupid small thing is he wasn't able to slide correctly at first because he wasn't putting it in the correct direction (you want the material to turn in the direction you want to go). Once I explained better he has the knack at repositioning the board as he goes, and he likes that he doesn't have to use so much energy to push himself along the floor (it works on carpet and hard surfaces, even if it's not intended for this). I do like the small size and easy hanging gromit which lets us hang it on the wall so we always know where it is. That all said, I think it's a little expensive for what it is, which is the reason for my 4 stars.

Excellent Accessory for Electric Floor Lift
The media could not be loaded. We have an electric floor lift for use in “I’ve fallen, and I can’t get up” situations. The “wings” of the lift don’t unfold to be flush with the floor, so the person who has fallen would have to push themselves up a couple of inches and then maneuver sideways to position themselves on the seat. Using this transfer board, the person on the floor needs to use much less strength and effort to get onto the seat. The board can be placed either in front of the seat or on one of the wings. Either placement creates a very gradual incline that, combined with the extreme slipperiness of the board and its fabric cover, enables the user to easily slide onto the seat. See the accompanying video for a demonstration of how the board facilitates positioning on the seat from the front or the side.

Slide board
It didn't work as well as I had hoped. It didn't seem very sturdy and I didn't feel comfortable using it.

Makes Some Transfers Slightly Easier
I got the slide board primarily to transfer a fallen disabled person from the floor to a lift chair. If you have experienced this, you know how hard it can be. With this slide board, it is easier but still requires much effort, especially if the person is paralyzed and heavy. In other situations, like transferring from a wheelchair to a car or a sofa, the slide board did not work well. I wished the board was stiffer so it did not bend due to the person's weight. The sheet is slippery but quickly gets out of alignment during the transfer. I will look for other devices.

Slide with ease
This slide board makes it easy for you to slide. The nylon makes it slide just enough so it's not slippery. It's soft to sit on and has some sponginess so it's comfortable to sit on unlike a hardwood slide board and it's also lighter. The board is short so some applications this would not be useful. It is a nice board but it's limited by its length.

Board Only
If it isn't obvious, this listing is for the board only. The board is a pretty rigid board that does well with weights at least up to 200 lbs. I couldn't test it on anyone larger but you may want to be careful with heavier people as while rigid, it doesn't seem like it may slide as well or be as easy to manipulate. The device does work and makes scooting over easier. It is also easy to store and hang. For the price it seems like a bit much for what it is, but if it helps make transfers easier then it may be worth it for the right patient.
