I have CMT1A and hammer toes as a result. These help me get around the house and elsewhere with better gait management. Straight toes make happy feet.

I was experiencing foot pain so I went to the Podiatrist. She told me that I had high arches and the only solution was to wear arch support always and forever. She told me I could never wear heels or sandals again. I bought expensive insoles for my shoes but they were uncomfortable and seemed to make things worse and I was sad about the whole thing. Then my friend who is obsessed with health and fitness told me about the importance of foot health. She told me that strong feet hurt less and working out the feet helps keep them strong and healthy. She introduced me to this product which has made a significant improvement in my foot mobility and strength. I rarely think about foot pain, I am never uncomfortable to walk bare footed and I have the tools I need to maintain strong feet. I love this product because it has made a real difference in my life and I recommend it to anyone who loves their feet and wants to take care of them. Now I can wear heels and sandals and I never have to use arch support.

It is very soft, but firm silicone. It wasn’t very comfortable for me though - it gave me micro tears, but I think that’s just because of my skin issue.

As an athlete, I think we focus on the parties lot, but not every aspect of our body and that definitely includes our feet!I would know because I had to get surgery and that has improved my conscious on taking care of my feet. So I bought these and was a little unsure confused on how to really use them because it’s so many options, but I found this to be easy after a couple tries and I thought the recommended guide to increase the timeline on how long you wear it to be helpful! I think improve my toe spacing (which I read is normal) and pain reduction

This toe spacer is well made and the material is firm but “squishy”. It gives while giving support.It would probably work on my bad foot except that I cannot get it in between my toes. It is too tight and being diabetic I cannot restrict what little circulation that I have in my toes.The product seems to be good and would probably work for most folks, just not for me.

These toe spacers have been a fantastic addition to our daily routine. My husband and I both have issues with our feet (I have bunions and he has hammer toes) and after 2 weeks of continual use, we are already seeing the benefits. I feel more in control and aware of my toes, feel better balance and overall appreciate the stability it is creating! They can be a little tough to put on but totally worth it and would highly recommend to everyone dealing with lack of foot/toe mobility and stability!

I’ve been having an issue with one of my toes being out of alignment. I figured I’d give these a try to see if they can help before I go down the medical route.The first thing I noticed is how incredibly clear the little instruction card was written. They’ve made it absolutely fool proof on how to put these on. If you don’t look at the card you’d think they go on upside down. Don’t worry, they got you covered and show you how to get them on.As far also comfort goes, they are exactly what I expected. They feel nice and my toes are getting a nice stretch. I don’t know how long it will take to fix my toe issue, but I feel like these are a step in the right direction.

They do not stay in place. They are not easy to place between my toes. I should have returned them.
