Q: Do you make these for pre - teens? My daughter has special needs and none of the floating arms fit anymore:(

The holes are not made very big, depends on how skinny her arms are. I would think up to 9-10 years. Again, depends on the size of the child.

Q: What material are Thievy madre oficina? Eva material?

Some type of heavy foam material. I am not sure. Comfortable for my 2-year-old grandson to wear. he is able to make it across the pool in them. I make him put them on even when he is just walking around the pool helping his grandpa clean the pool.

Q: Do you need to put on all 8 on one child or can you place just one pair per child?
