I was interested in trying Magnesium oil as an underarm deodorant, as I prefer something natural and not laden with heavy metals. One first use I felt the spray cap dispensed too much so I decanted it into a small roller bottle which is easier to use as it releases the perfect amount. Using it as an underarm deodorant works extremely well for me odour wise, but it doesn't stop me getting sweaty as it's not an anti perspirant. This is fine in cooler weather, but on some very hot days and on certain occasions I still use an anti perspirant so not to have wet underarm patches. I'm very happy with it as it works well for me the majority of the time.

I spray this on my feet and it helps with sleep and restless legs. I’m onto my second bottle and highly recommend.

Bought this for really bad Planter Fascistic. Have been using it for a few days now. The pain in my heal has subsided a great deal. would definitively recommend for all muscles as using on my shoulder too.
