Being involved with landscaping for 20+ years, having tried many different products I gave this product a go,, I found it to be an excellent sealer for the slate patio in the photo, this has taken 2 coats applied with a roller. The finish is excellent for that “wet look”. Highly recommend

I have bought slate sealing treatments several times but this is by far the best. It was easy to use, does not leave obvious brush marks. I literally sloshed it down on to the the slabs and brushed it across with the broom, I did the whole garden (approx 40ft x 16ft) in less than an hour. I ordered the satin finish and it does exactly that, all previous treatments made very little difference and definitely didn't leave any shine. Very impressed, would recommend to anyone.

Easy to use, but if you leave any small bobbles it will dry to a bluish colour when slabs/tiles are wet. It does tell you in instructions not to let it pool on surface, but that it very difficult to do as it bobbles as you brush it on. Secret is to give it a second brush over after 2 or 3 minutes, wish I had known that to start with.Colour when applied turns slate from mid grey to black.

Used on my recently laid black Indian limestone slabs. You can see from the before and after pictures how much it enhances the colour, dries quickly and leaves a lovely sheen. This is with just one coat.

This was bought to treat a very old, dusty, dirty slate floor. After cleaning the floor 3 times it still didn't look good but the slate sealer made all the difference. It was easy to apply; I poured it onto the floor, brushed it into the dips with a brush and then went over the top with a mop to remove any excess. It was easy to do. Initially the sealer looked very bluish but dried to a lovely gentle sheen. It completely transformed the look of the floor. Even better, after treating a large room, I still had 2/3 left!

Very easy to apply, quick to dry and leave a nice shine. Just the revival of our kitchen/dining and utility floor needed.Sorry about the pic, should take "before/after" but believe, was a yellow and tired floor, of course, I washed and brushed very well before apply.

This Slate sealer was easily applied using a large brush and covered over 40 sq m with 2 coats. Drying time was as stated in the instructions and the finish looks great I.e Satin finish and slightly darker than original stone ( which is what I wanted).Only given 4 stars as would like to see what it looks like in a years time.

Easy to use and brought out the natural colours of the slate beautifully.
