Great item, fast shipping, Works like a champ

THIS ITEM IS LISTED AS A 3 QUART TEA MAKER. However, upon opening the box, I see that it has an instruction booklet with the title 3-LITER ICE TEA AND COFFEE MAKER. So why is this described or named a 3 quart ice tea maker on Amazon? Just to be sure, I'm going to take the pitcher out of the box and measure how much water it holds. You are here as this experiment takes place...It's pretty obvious just looking at this pitcher that it does not hold 3 quarts. But here goes...Well, son of a gun. It took 3 quarts of water! It has a nice glass pitcher. However, the instructions tell you to fill the pitcher with ice before heating up the water, thereby the boiling hot liquid will be coming into an ice cold pitcher. I had a childhood memory, but I googled it to be sure: In answer to the question, "What would happen if you pour boiling hot liquid into a glass pitcher of ice? It states, "...there's a significant risk of the glass pitcher shattering due to the sudden temperature change." It's physics. Also, the instruction booklet starts with a 2 page list of dos and don'ts warnings with 27 potential mishaps one should avoid. I'm sorry. I can't tell you how it works because I'm afraid to try it. I'm returning it.

Box was delivered crushed! Tea maker works great but the Pitcher leaks, more like streams, from the top all the way down the bottom when pouring from it. Terrible design!

Cheaply made. Not sturdy vi returned it and still waiting after 11 days for refund from when they received it.

I ess a bit concerned after reading another's re new which stated the carafe essmade of plastic. Thankfully mine was made of glass a d maker perfect iced tea and coffee.

Item shown and described is NOT correct. This model # is a 3-qt plastic, cylinder-shaped pitcher. Otherwise it seems ok. We're stuck keeping it because no time to exchange. I would not have chosen it.
