The imstructions are downright terrible, they dont explain at all how the cable is attached, it didbt even have all the pieces

No instructions for assembly. Luckily my husband is very handy and put it together without instructions. I am very happy with the item it self. I have it 3 stars because I was stressed out looking for instructions.

In my opinion more effective glute workout than seated abduction machines as you are holding a squat position while doing the abductions.
