I primarily use my iPad with a Magic Keyboard indoors. But sometimes I take it out to the field for taking notes and referencing PDF documents. For that I need a case that surrounds the sides, protects the back, and has a hand loop. I also need a case that is not difficult to take on or off since I will be transferring it between the two cases frequently.When I upgraded to the new M4 11” Pro I was worried I’d have trouble finding a case similar to the one I used with my old Pro. Thankfully, this was recently released and fits the bill perfectly. It has high build quality, is easy to put on and take off, and provides just the right level of protection and security I need. The hand loop is comfortable.Note this is not a heavy duty case. It is a medium duty case. There is no screen protector. But I specifically didn’t want all that bulk. My field use is pretty low risk.If your use case is like mine, or even if you just use it around the house and want a hand loop and pencil clip, this is a great choice.

The cover’s design is really good and comfortable to use. However, the nice soft cover on the back of the cover doesn’t last long. The cover on the circle on back came off after 4-5 times minor use. I guess that’ll be the case for the grey fabric around the margins as they’ll get more touched. I wish UAG made it more reliable, not that easy to get peeled off!

I wanted to like this but it was too flimsy for what I am used to with UAG cases. I was expecting a more robust and better protection case. The generic cases provide better protection and also have the palm strap which was main reason I wanted the UAG.
