These are awesome. Comes with 2 sets. I'm a teacher and I use them on my students when they act up in class; talking, not paying attention, etc. They are also fun to use on co-workers, during meetings etc.

If you you plan to referee soccer games, then you will necessary need a referee wallet where you will be placing your cards and the recording paper. As you become more experienced in referring, you will realize that you want to keep the two cards in your pockets and not in the wallet. For example, the yellow (which is very common) in the right front pocket of your shorts and the red in the right back pocket of your shorts. In this way, you know where to reach quickly and also take them out quickly. If you are doing this already, then this set is fine. The two cards of the set are made of plastic, they are strong and flexible enough and they will be affected by the rain. (Avoid cards made of cardboard unless you do not mind to replace them at regular intervals.)However, if you buy this set for the wallet and not the cards, forget it. The wallet is very flimsy. It will not last very long. Any average wallet is stronger and, after some repetitive use, gets damaged and needs replacement. This wallet is less strong than an average one. If you like to place the cards in the wallet (instead of keeping them in your pockets), you will be even more dissatisfied. The cards can easily slide out of the wallet. So, every time you use the wallet, you need to make sure that you do not drop any of them. If, during a dangerous play, you pull your wallet out fast, it is more than possible that they will fly away and you will be trying to collect the cards from the ground.The recording paper is standard. What comes with the set is only a sample. (That's common in all such sets.) Hence you will need ,much more. You can order it in bulk quantities. However, as you get more experienced, you will also realize that you can just use blank white paper and you will establish your own code to keep notes.Update (about one and half month later): I tried to test this wallet myself. It performs worse than what I had predicted. It was really impossible to use. Because the strips that are supposed to secure the recording paper in place are very narrow, the paper cannot stay really in place and you are left to hold the paper in your hand with no support to write on. The picture of the seller shows them wide, as they are usually in other wallets. This is not the case here. So, do not spend even a few cents on this product. Avoid it without thinking twice.

I got this for my son as part of a "soccer" themed advent calendar and it was a great hit. He enjoys walking around and jokingly giving people red cards and yellow cards for doing various things. For the price, you can't go wrong.

I have a bunch of friends that say inappropriately funny things every once in a while. So to smooth over the joke, I will red or yellow card them, depending on what was said.

I just got certified as an UASV official and will be using these next weekend for warning calls during the game. They are the perfect size.
