Chill Pal Microfiber Cooling Towel

Absolutely love this product!!! I am a Park Ranger in Oklahoma and our summers can get pretty brutal, especially in uniform. I've always heard about these towels so decided to try it out and must say, this is one of the best purchases I've ever made. It is greatly made, love the patterns on it and most of all it helped me cool down incredibly while working outside. Just followed the instructions and put it around my neck and I was able to be out in the heat for hours without overheating (I'm prone to heat sickness) Would recommend this to everyone!!!

I am very pleased with the Cooling Towel and the Cooling Band I purchased. They both keep their cool and regenerate their cool until the moisture dries out of them. (They don't dry out for quite awhile.) They are very easy to rehydrate - even in a drinking fountain at the fair - and keep on using.I have a little trouble wringing out the water from the initial soak due to arthritic hands and this has caused my clothes to become wet but it's manageable when I have someone else wring the towel and band out.Be sure to look at all the pictures if you are considering purchasing the Cooling Band. It is very long with lots of material - not just the short little headband looking thing that is initially pictured. I actually like the Cooling Band a little more than the Cooling Towel though because the towel has a backing to it that is towel-like (Duh! It's a towel!) and seems to keep it from being its cooling best. (It's still lovely and cool though.) The Cooling Band is one material and cool, cool, icy cool the entire time after a little snap in the air.I know the manufacturer states the product works best outdoor but I use mine inside too. I suffer from horrific hot flashes and snap my band or towel in the air to activate the cold when I feel one coming on. I even keep one or the other on the pillow next to me at night for the same purpose. They do a nice job!

I live in Tucson, Arizona. We're located just west of the surface of the sun! I got these as gifts for my sisters, my co-workers, and one for me to compare to a name brand towel we already own. The material feels to be about the same weight. These are a couple of inches shorter and thinner than the name brand, but that doesn't bother me at all. My husband uses the name brand one all the time and he wore the new one and said it was just as good. These are about half the price of the name brand. I bought several different colors. The colors are vibrant and I love the leaf design. If you don't want the design to clash with your outfit, you can switch it over to a solid grey side. Plus, they come in a heavy duty plastic pouch to store them in when dry (don't put them in the pouch while wet!) and they have a little clip on the pouch, so you can clip it to a gym bag or purse. Very convenient. Overall, it seems to be an excellent product and I would recommend it to others and will buy again if someone else needs one! Thanks, Matthew and Chill Pal!

This thing is amazing. Wife and daughter are on trip to Egypt where it's stupid hot. Ordered this just hoping it might work. Wife says towel works great and keeps them cool for hours. Used normal water and just "snapped " them before using as per instructions. Some freaky magic happens and presto COOL TOWEL. Very pleased with results. They're enjoying the trip because of this towel. If it can handle Egypt heat, pretty sure it will help just about anywhere. Glad I bought this towel. No disappointment here. 😎

Works as advertised. Ice cold when wet, and feels very satisfying especially after an intense workout.Snapping the towel is not required unless you use hot water.Unlike other cooling towels, it will not turn rock hard and have a dry sponge like texture when dry. In fact it feels smooth like a regular towel all the time.Perfect size and length to fit around your neck and use to wipe sweat off your faceComes in resealable bag and carabiner. If you plan to use this towel daily, I'd avoid putting in the towel in the bag as it's a tight squeeze and may take up your time. Good storage option if you plan to put it away for a hot dayHighly recommend for those who don't like the heat, or need a quick refresh after a workout

I love this towel. It does exactly what the manufacturer says it will. I overheat very quickly and get very sick when I overheat which has ruined a lot of outdoor activities for me, so this town is great. I was afraid that it would feel too wet or drip, and it did neither. It just feels cool with no wet drips. It is long enough that I can wrap it around my head or neck and stays cool for a long time. I love that the towel feels and looks like it is good quality and am looking forward to it lasting a long time. This is a great product for sports, working out, outdoor activities or just plain hot flashes!

Use this for my dogs, bought two, on hot days, when they are laying down and panting away from the heat, I just wrap this around their belly or neck or just cover them from head to toe with it . I have poms. It works great, calms and cools them down within minutes and they just go to sleep.

We purchased these for hot days at Disneyworld and they are a complete game changer. Many other brands I read dried stiff like cardboard, not these little beauties! They are soft, comfortable and last the entire day and night. I wet them and loosely ring out before putting them in the convenient little zip pouches they come in. Then we head out for 8-10 hour day at Disney parks and they last the entire day. THESE ARE A SCORE!! Purchased another for a family member that works outside in the Florida heat. Great Product.

I have several of the usual type of cooling towel with an almost honycomb look, but looked everywhere for one of these to replace a similar one I’d bought when they first came out, now discontinued. Whilst the others are good, these ones do seem to cool noticeably more, and dont need flicking as often, ie they stay cool longer, and stay coolable longer. This does make it more at risk of mildew if you put it away damp, but it also doesnt go hard like the thicker spongey ones.I had my family round today in 30 degrees in Wiltshire, within minutes my sister in law had found it on amazon and ordered herself one on prime for delivery the next day! My fathers girlfriend is also going to buy one for herself and one for the dog - he has a skin condition and gets bald patches, so suffers in the heat. I have a rare neuropathy, and heating too much means severe shooting pain all over. This is well worth the price to keep that at bay.I often have one of the gel filled scarves round my neck, and drape this over my wrists or ankles. If you dont like this heatwave, you'll love this towel! Its also great for cooling off at night, as it doesnt get the bedside table or pillow all wet when youre not using it.The trick is to fold it in half, then half again, and then wring. If you wring it too hard, it will nave some dry lighter patches. Aim to wring it at just below this level for perfect cooling for hours. Its really easy to snap, just hold the ends in each hand and pull apart 2 or 3 times for a dramatic reduction in the temperature of the towel. Gotta love science when it makes things this useful 😁

Doesn't cool down as water evaporates at all, it works exactly the same as any other wet towel does, that being said it's a convenient size so i will get use out of it. My expectations were high but it was sorely disappointed with the outcome, poor and misleading marketing, this does not cool down, it's just a wet towel.

A product which really does what it says on the tin. I was a bit sceptical however it really does keep cool!

Ordered as a gift, cannot comment on usage.
