Been using this collagen powder most mornings mixed into water after training and it’s easy enough to drink. The orange flavour is fairly light and not overly sweet, more like diluted squash than a strong supplement drink. It mixes well with a shaker and doesn’t leave gritty bits at the bottom which I’ve had with some powders before. I’ve also tried it in juice and that worked fine too. No stomach issues so far which is always a concern with these kinds of supplements. After a few weeks my joints feel a bit less stiff after workouts, especially knees, so that’s mainly why I’ve stuck with it. Hard to say exact changes but recovery feels slightly better than before. Overall simple to take daily and pleasant enough to drink, seems to help with regular training. Would recommend.

I have used a couple of collagen powders before, but the taste usually makes the experience a chore. The berry flavour here is genuinely pleasant; not too sweet, easy to mix into water, and without that strong, artificial aftertaste that puts me off others. It dissolves quickly with a quick stir in my glass. I started taking this primarily because I have a very active lifestyle, and my joints have started to feel the impact. I mix one scoop into my water bottle every morning after my run. While it is difficult to pinpoint exact results from a single product, my mobility feels more fluid, and I experience less stiffness getting up from my desk after a full day of work. I already take collagen powder so I was interested in trying this berry flavoured one. I usually add my collagen to my coffee so this is quite a different formula. On opening the product you can smell the berry flavour straight away which is a pleasant not overly sweet smell. As with many sports powders, the tub is only filled to just over half way which could be seen as plastic waste by many. I haven't yet located the scoop so I just used a spoon and weighed 10g into my glass. I then added just over 200mls of water and stirred to mix the formula. The powder dissolved well and left no lumps. The taste is very pleasant - much like cordial. I am not sure how it compares dosage-wise to the product I use at the moment as they list the ingredients as just hydrolysed bovine collagen peptides whereas this Kinetica product is 50% bovine collagen but does have added vitamins and the daily dose is less grams. I would think if you're looking for a supplement that has the added vitamins then this is the product for you. If you want just collagen then other products may work out better for you. Overall, this seems like a very good quality product and brand. As far as value for money goes, I would say that this is a more expensive product than what I would usually purchase but I would definitely consider if there were offers on it.
