Just what I wanted small has inside and outside temperature screen and let me know if battery is low in either unit. Everything was set up, just added the batteries and it worked great and the screen was really easy to read.

I needed a thermometer to keep an eye on my chicken coop to prevent my chickens from overheating (or baking them) in a hot coop. The thermometer works great for this purpose ... I can know the temperature from inside my house rather than having to constantly check a thermometer inside the coop which is approximately 100 ft from the house. The battery has lasted me over 4 months, stays connected with the indoor thermometer reading, and a perfect size. I feel I got my money's worth for this invaluable equipment.

The product is compact, accurate, and easy to use. The only complaint is that it does not stand upright by itself, I have to prop it against something, therefore I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

This is a good value for basic indoor and outside temperatures. Nice, easy to read display. Very happy with this device since putting in service.

Love this thermometer! Easy set up right out of the box. The wireless function is so much better than the former one I had which was wired. I haven’t checked exactly how far it can be from the base station but mine is about 15 feet away and works great!

I really wanted one that was as accurate as possible. I do a lot of baking and I need to know my indoor temperature for proofing my breads. This one is pretty good. Outdoor temp is accurate as well. I can monitor my herbs in my garden better when I know the temperature.

I love thus small wireless indoor outdoor thermometer. It is the first thing I look at in the morning. The display is easy to read, it's accurate, and the memory feature helps me keep track of my heating bills. I highly recommend this thermometer. Great value for the price.

I got this thermometer to put in my shed where I keep my rabbits to know when it gets too hot out there to bring them inside without having to go out. Worked great for two days, then I guess it got too hot and stopped working all together. Replaced batteries and still didn’t work. Ordered a replacement which also just flat out stopped working after less than one week. It gets about 103-105 in the shed, it’s an outdoor thermometer so it should work in the heat, but it does not.

This OBET indoor/outdoor wireless digital thermometer is compact and accurate. It was easy to set up, just popped in the batteries and it was good to go. It requires 2 AA batteries for the outdoor sensor, and 2 AAA batteries for the indoor sensor/screen, batteries not included. The temperature readings appear to be accurate as the indoor reading matches my thermostat sensor, and the secondary sensor also matched when I had it indoors. I placed the outdoor sensor on my covered porch out of the sunlight, and the indoor portion in my front hallway. I’ve had no connection issues. This has been handy for knowing what to wear in the mornings before heading out. Suits my needs perfectly.

Each component of this indoor/outdoor set has its own thermometer; the transmitter has a thermometer and the display screen receiver also has its own internal thermomter.When I placed the transmitting sensor and the receiving display screen side-by-side on my kitchen counter, the temp reading from each did not match. The temp reading from the transmitter was always 0.2° C higher, even though they were so close together, they were touching. Because of this flaw, I deducted one star from my rating.I have a mercury filled thermometer that's accurate. The temperature reading of the receiving display screen matched the reading from the mercury thermomter, but the transmitter's thermometer reading was always 2° C higher than my mercury thermometer's reading.The display screen has a clear LCD display. The numbers are large and easy to read.I have the receiver display screen at the back of the house and the transmitter outside my front door, a distance of about 40 ft. The receiver display was able to pick up transmitted temperature.This unit comes with one temperature transmitter and I was able to test the three different channels (they work as stated).There are some other features:1. It shows the temperature trend2. There is a low battery indicator on the receiver's display (it looks like the standard battery icon on a phone). If the transmitter's batteries are completely dead, the receiver's display shows 2 dashed lines, indicating a problem.3. The temperature scale can be changed from F to C.4. There is a memory feature that shows the min and max values within 24 hours--I didn't play with this feature, myself.The transmitter takes 2 AA batteries and the receiver takes 2 AAA batteries. No batteries are included.The range of temp for the transmitting sensor is -40° F to 158° F (-40° C to 70° C).If you don't mind the transmitter's temp readings being 0.2° C higher than the readings from the receiver's display screen own thermometer, this is not a bad indoor/outdoor thermometer. However, this discrepancy should not exist, so I give this unit 4 stars.
