Good picks
I like these. They're different to the more-usual celluloloid picks and I prefer these to those or to nylon picks.

Good grip and control
Having tried lots of picks over the years, I thought I'd I'd try these for a change. I've been surprised about how good they are, offering a good grip and reasonable control and, for the price, I'd recommend them.

Good quality plectrums
Tortex type plectrums, good quality, sharp tip probably good for fast picking (if you like that sort of thing?) I bought the 0.85 gauge, which is quite stiff, with a little bit of flex - exactly as you would expect.

not as sharp as they look in the pictures
A little sharper than most regular picks but not as sharp as they look in the pictures. I had to sharpen my pack of 10 with very fine sand paper. other than that, they are very durable and well worth the money

Really makes a difference
Very nice pick. Thicker than expected but the point allows for ease of picking specific strings. Was very pleasantly surprised at how it helped my technique.

Thicc
These were a gift from a non-musician to an aspiring hobbyist musician. Hold the phone for a sec. I wouldn’t have given these a second look. I have my own personal pick favorite, and it wasn’t these. But then I tried them. The soft almost rubberized texture allows for little to no slipping even with a soft gripping despite play style. And unless you want to rip the strings off of your guitar, you’ll need a softened grip. I am currently using 12s on one of my guitars. Anything lighter than 11s and I would avoid these picks. These are thicc. And dark. And perfect. I play around with several music genres and they all turn into “I’m going to attack this with the anger of one thousand chihuahuas”. Blues turns into heavy southern black and blues, rock turns into metal, metal turns into how I drink my coffee- black. The temptation to rip into a song in ways unintended originally is strong, so beware.I’ve repeatedly read professional musicians say “tone is in the fingers” and fingers are somewhat required for holding a pick. If you are looking for something different to spice things up a bit, try these. Seriously.
