I bought this after I bought my new tablet which had a USB-C. connector on it. I thought, aw man... I have to get all new cables. NOPE! These work great and help save money by allowing you to use your old micro-USB cables and making them USB-C. They work great and have been for years.

I didn't have the highest hope for this order - many of these cheap adapters are total junk. But these worked well enough to convert older micro USB cables to USB-C. I haven't tested them at higher charging rates and my phone does give me a warning that it could be charging faster but for my nightstand i'm less concerned about it. Much to my surprise they even worked for a data transfer from a computer to my phone. Not the fastest speeds but serviceable.

I recently purchased a new cellphone which uses a USB C connector for charging, etc... My old phone has a Micro USB connector and I have tons of these cables laying around. These adapters not only let me continue using my old cables, they enhanced the connection. Many of my old cables did not make a tight connection to my old phone, nor with any of the other products that own which have a Micro USB connector. When I plug these old cables into the Micro USB end of these adapters they click in tight. The same is true of the USB C end of these connectors which plug into my new cellphone... very solid. I am now able to make use of my old cables which I otherwise would have had to discard. I would love to see this company offer a Micro USB to Micro USB connector, for the purpose of restoring Micro USB cables that have loose connectors.

I got a phone case with one of these inside and the first time I used it and pulled it off the cord it broke apart completely. I ordered these because they had good reviews and looked like they for in the slot on my case. (I had to cut the hole a little bigger). I have been using the same one for weeks and it still works great. It is well made and even allows for fast charging.

I recently upgraded my phone from a Samsung S5 to a S9 Plus. And discovered that it charges using USB C connections. I thought all of my B cords were now incompatible and that I would be buying several new cords until I found these. For a VERY reasonable price, I can continue using my older cords for the new phone as well for all the other devices that still work with B. Just attach to the end of a B cord and go. Remove when you need an older connection.Lastly, I have not noticed any impact on charging times when using these.

My daughter told me about these. My phone is the only device I have that takes this particular plug and I have all sorts of cords but none of them fit so she let me have one of hers like this. She gave me the link so I could get some to have cause I am always misplacing my cord. I can now have them in the cars and in the bag with all the other cords. I love them. Thank you and they work good too. Couldn't believe I got them within 24 hours of ordering.

These little connectors are great! My new mobile phone came with a new USB-C port for charging. I have a dozen or more micro USB chargers and cables scattered around my house, my travel case, my office, my car, etc., from previous phones and other devices. These tiny connectors let me use my existing chargers and cables to charge my phone. A great money saver, and they're so cheap I keep one in my pocket, a few plugged into my chargers and some loose ones for when I need one in a hurry. I've been using these (and a few similar I bought earlier for 4 months ago) with no problems. Very satisfied.

I got these when I finally got a new phone that uses USB C rather than micro USB and I didn't want to have to replace all my cords, plus I still had some electronics that needed micro USB so I didn't want to have to keep juggling 2 cords. These worked well enough and I guess are still holding up (it's been about 3 months), but the ones I use the most often are getting loose, and I frequently get "Check your connection" messages on my phone when charging. Sometimes, the charger heats up quite a bit too, much more than before. Good thing this set came with a bunch- I'll see how long the ones I'm using now can still last, and once they die I'll switch them out. But I've definitely realized that these are more meant to be a temporary fix/for part-time use rather than full-time and am now waiting on new actual USB C cords for my heavy use cords.
