Can Pump Up a 35in Cybertruck Tire Much faster Than Expected
I was surprised that this pump was able to inflate the Tesla Cybertruck's 35-inch tire from 36 psi to 50 psi within 5 minutes. It completed inflating 3 tires in 15 minutes without overheating, while another portable Fantik X9 took 13 minutes per tire. I originally purchased this to inflate the Cybertent (buying a separate valve adapter is required) and I thought that I might have to buy another stronger pump for airing down and airing up the truck tires for frequently going off-roading, but to my surprise, this pump was all I needed. The original unit had an error where it stopped showing the battery level indicator after plugging into the 12V cigarette lighter, so I contacted customer service for a warranty issue. They were a little slow to respond at first, but they finally did send a replacement. For that, I'm confident in highly recommending this pump after much field testing, and I know that the company stands behind its product after sale. I'm very happy with the purchase and am using it quite regularly. Warning: if you are using the cigarette lighter socket method, the output rating must be 120W max for it to work with inflating vehicle tires. Otherwise, a 60W max works when I use it to inflate the tent.

Flexibility, portability, a little slow.
I paddleboard. I have multiple paddleboard pumps. This pump always comes with me. It is my slowest pump. Why do I always take my slowest pump? It is the best pump I know of that has both a battery and can run off 12v DC power (from a car). I always want the security of knowing I can inflate and deflate my boards without having to worry about the battery health and capacity. To be honest; I usually bring two pumps (I’m always inflating/deflating multiple boards… I bring my fastest battery only pump as well). But that should not detract from this excellent device and how indispensable it is to me.

Great investment, reassuring to carry with us on the road.
This has been a pleasant surprise. I have 6 large all-terrain tires on my Sprinter 3500XD van (235/85 r16) and I was able to get them all pumped up from a pretty low state in one charge. These devices are noisy in general so it was nice to be able to set a PSI and go back inside while it worked.

nice pump but slow
build quality is good, silent, for SUP, kayaks a bit slow, but if you use high flow mode first, and then switch to SUP, much faster, batteryis good, enough for 2 SUP in a raw

12v Plugin does not work
This product did not work on 12v car plugin. I tried it in my car and my partners, and it would not work. We used the neighbors blow up on our 12v and it worked. So we are returning product as it did not work as described and we don't feel its powerful enough.

Pretty good for a compact multi-use pump
Can pump up my inflatable SUP to 15psi. Only small issue is that from a full charge, the pump only can get to 10-11psi via battery power. I would recommend just using it with the 12v attachment for the most part. Still an invaluable resource for SUPs as well as pumping up car tires if needed. It will take some time, but it’s better than the manual pump! And it allows for quick deflation when you are ready to pack up!

Pump stopped working, threw an error code, and overinflated my SUP
Edit: Adding a star because HOTO reached out to me after I initiated my return and apologized for the issues I had. They even sent me a new pump from one of their other models. Really excellent customer service, and that's worth an extra star. I still wish the "pump master" worked for me, but big props to HOTO for trying to make it right. Bought this (quite expensive) pump because it is one of the only ones I can find online with different tools for different uses that includes filling up a stand up paddleboard. I've got a pair of boards that fill to 15psi. But I liked that I could also use this on my tires for roadtrips, or other uses while camping. So I justified the really high price. Well, this little pump couldn't get through it's first use when I went out to go paddleboarding with it for the first time. I used a manual pump to quickly fill the board with a basic volume of air up to about 7psi and planned on using the Hoto pump just for the higher pressure air fill. So the Hoto didn't even need to fill the whole board. Well, unfortunately, it wasn't able to do that job. I plugged it in to the first board and it took a while to get from 7psi to 14psi, then it suddenly stopped and threw an error code. I attached my manual pump to finish it off to 15psi but my manual pump showed the Hoto pump had actually filled the board to 17psi! I like the intended functionality. It's a battery powered pump with a bunch of attachments, and you can't really find that elsewhere. I had hoped for the price it'd work for me and I'm disappointed it didn't. I ended up returning it for a refund and I'll just use my manual SUP pumps for now.

Purchased for car tires
Purchased to have with my vehicle in case of deflated tires when on the road. This little thing works great! I deflated my car tire to about 20 PSI and set this to 32 PSI as a test and it only took about a minute to air up my tire. Plus it isn’t even loud which is a nice bonus. Really easy to use and set up. Glad to have purchased this

Nice design and additional perks such as a waterproof bag, but the battery is not enough powerful. It can’t properly inflate a paddle board, barely reaching 12 PSI before shutting down.

Unfortunately the hose attachment for the SUP doesn’t work with this item. There isn’t an effective plug while pumping, so air leaks out and the entire process takes 30 minutes with the car turned on for battery power. Otherwise the battery only version runs out of juice when it’s half-filled. Disappointing; will have to buy new hose attachment from another company and hope it works.

Wow, I’ve never been this disappointed with a product before. I have the HOTO drill and it’s been great. I’ve barely had to recharge it. I also bought their battery-operated wine opener (which I still don’t understand why they didn’t make rechargeable via USB), but this air pump? This was the last straw. I used it once, and that was it. After that, it just stopped working. I left it charging overnight, and the battery level didn’t move at all. I tried different chargers and power adapters, but nothing worked. They only include a USB-A to USB-C cable, which isn’t much help if the device itself won’t charge. Honestly, I’m super disappointed, especially considering this thing costs over $200. My friends got basic air pumps on Amazon for like $30, and they were able to inflate their kayaks without even plugging them in. Meanwhile, I couldn’t even deflate mine, even with this thing plugged into my car. I don’t usually write reviews, but this was such a letdown I had to. I really can’t recommend it.

Works great for air mattresses. Pump was 100% full battery and pumped a single mattress and then double (double thick too) in 1:30 and 3:30 respectively. BUT it ran out of battery trying to fill the SUP. Ran out around 6psi. Lesson: connect via portable power to dc when pumping up SUP. Not yet tried for truck tires but expecting it will work great.
