These are great, wish they would stick better, but great value and so comfy and they work!

The back of the heel grip has a sticky section but it is covered by a clear plastic that is the exact size/shape of the grip back. Being a transparent gel product, the cover to the adhesive was so well hidden I thought they came without adhesive and almost returned them. There should be something printed on the adhesive cover to indicate it is a peal off back.The grips themselves are comfortable but it is very slippery and my foot slips out of the shoe (woman's flat pumps) as much as it did before I added the grip to the shoes.If your concern is heel pain or blisters, I do believe this will prevent them. And it is extremely comfortable and seems to be well made.But if your concern is the heel slipping out of the shoe (as mine was) this may not be the right product for that problem.

I like that these are more thick compared to other pads. I have a pair of King Toe boots by RedWing and they didn't have the curvature that most other footwear does for wrapping around the back of your ankle. Although I knew the risk of these pads not being able to stick to these boots, I'm still trying to figure it out. Super glue only worked for one side 🤣 I'll keep trying.

These seem to be made from good quality material. They stay attached onto the shoe with the adhesive backing. However, a time when i have walked a lot made it rub a blister on the back of my foot. I had hoped they would be a little thicker to fill in the back gap more, but to be fair maybe the shoes are just a little more big than they need to. I attribute that extra space to being the cause of the rubbing. If the shoe fit more securely it's possible it wouldn't have rubbed. I would likely try a similar product in a more cloth-like material as i think the type of material these are made from also contributed to the rubbing. Also since there is still slippage in the shoe when i walk they tend to make a squeaky sound also likely due to the type of material.

They dont do anything they say and don't stick not even once to get your foot in the shoe they roll right up. Worst product I've ever bought of Amazon .

Amazon did it again! My doctor recommended I get some material from Amazon to pad around a foot blister on the side of my foot. I found the compression socklets and these really thick, washable adhesive silicone pads (1/4") To isolate the problem. These simple items made it possible for me to use my foot while it was healing without further injury. Plus, they can be washed over and over and the adhesive is renewed each time.

Every time I tried to use these and despite which set of heels I tried them on, the adhesive did not keep these stuck in place. By the end of the day they were stuck on my foot or had changed positions. I sometimes stuck them on the same morning, but when I stuck them the night before using the shoes, I still had the same problem. It seems to me the most likely explanation is that the adhesive is just not good. I’ve had this problem with so many Amazon products that I wonder if it’s the Chinese manufacturers that don’t use good adhesive or if it’s because the products sit too long in the Amazon warehouse (or the original manufacturers warehouse in China) and the adhesive Deteriorates with time. Regardless, don’t waste your money unless you are fine with each pair being a single day use.

I ordered these to go into a pair of expensive slip on shoes that rubbed my heals raw. They provided just the right amount of "cushioning" for this, yet were not so thick that they pushed my foot/toes down into the shoe. They are butterfly shaped, yet the center portion is a somewhat thinker gel. I am able to now wear the shoes I wanted for so long...and without pain!
