Easy to use
Just got it, very easy to use. Charged up quickly. Used it for the first time for a quick 10min, my skin is sensitive and I had no redness, skin didn’t feel hot, was just smooth. Used it in the red setting. Good fit ( loosen the top band so it doesn’t leave an indentation on you nose) .I didn’t buy the face wash or pre spray worked out fine but I am going to purchase it.

Beware | No customer Support or Help
Be Careful: my doctor advised against using this particular mask, and I must say there are a few reasons I’d advise skipping this.1. the battery life seems to need to be charged after every 3-4 uses.2. The customer support hung up on me when I reported an issue about the battery3. It has to be strapped to your face uncomfortably tight if you want your eyes to be protected and not see the light out of the corner of your eye.4. It hurts my nose, it seems to not be designed for lol with noses, as odd as that seems.5. The way they have the eye protection, structured it doesn’t allow red light to get under your eyes or around your eyes compared to others.6.It gets really hot and the cord is not long enough to place comfortably, making it awkward to do things while wearing it.The biggest problem I have is with the customer support hanging up on me, I gave up after they did it the THIRD time after being placed on hold for 20 minutes. I emailed them 2 times as well, never got a reply.. if you dare to give them a shot, may you have better luck and results than I did.
