It works ok. It isn’t like a machine that sends it back in various directions, it is just a band that when the puck hits it then it rebounds. My grandson just started with hockey so sometimes he doesn’t hit it hard enough for the rebound to be enough to send it back. It has been a fun present though.

Do not buy this! I have spent more than the value of the rebounder on different styles of pucks to try and find one that doesn’t slide under the band every pass. The band is not tight enough at all.

I like practicing my hockey stick skills with a synthetic ice shooting pad. But I needed a rebounder board to shoot against. I love everything by Ace Hockey, so I got their double-sided Rebounder to add to my shooting pad. It’s 24” long, which is perfect for my 24” wide shooting pad. This rebounder is relatively heavy and appears to be excellent quality, like everything else I’ve gotten from them. My shooting pad already had holes drilled into it, so I was able to use the screws and washers provided with the rebounder (stickers are also included if you don’t want to screw it down). The screws go up from the bottom side of the shooting pad into the rebounder and are tightened with an Allen key. It was a quick and easy installation. The rebounder sits flat against my shooting pad and is firmly in place. It’s so much more fun now to shoot against the rebounder because it is very resilient and returns the puck to me so rapidly, it keeps me moving fast. The rebounder is double-sided, so I could flip it around to use the other side if I wear out this one, or I could place another shooting pad against this one to use the rebounder from both sides. Really enjoying this!

I got this for my two hockey players - one is a varsity boy and one is a u14 girl. I thought it would be fun to use on the driveway when they are taking shots. They already have a 30x60" Snipers Edge shooting pad they use to which they attached this rebounder. My kids say it works but it's hard to use on that small of a pad because you don't normally pass when you're that close to someone and you're just bouncing it back and forth to yourself (I thought that was the point but I don't think they found it that fun or useful). Also, the most annoying thing they said is the puck kept getting stuck between the two rubber bands. My daughter says it's good but it's not heavy enough to just stay in one place, it definitely has to be attached to something.

Easy to install and sturdy. A perfect tool for a beginning hockey player. Our 10-year-old nephew plays roller and loves to play with it when he comes over! I think to get the most out of it, it would be best to put it on a larger board but those can get pretty expensive. It's well made, works, and is easy to assemble. A nice way to work on stickhandling at home.

Perfect for my 11 year old. Durable and works well with his synthetic ice. Allows him to practice anytime.
